  1. Blimey Ash! Someone has way too much free time
  2. Have you got the AEM Pro Software? If so, Go to the directory where the software is saved and under aempro you will see instructions i.e C:\Program Files\AEM\AEMPro\Instructions When you are in this folder look for the file name 10-2130 for Sensors 30-2130-XXX.pdf All the info you need is in there to which pins on the sensor do what. Then just link them to the stock wiring. 5v pin goes to 5v supply wire (vcc) Ground goes to Sensors Ground wire (e2) - test with continuety check against intake manifold to make sure it is a ground. The Signal wire goes to Pim pin which will be the last pin left in the connect HTH
  3. Nice work Phil! Are you going to be fitting some sort of heat sheild on the exhaust housing of the turbo to stop it heat soaking that intercooler.
  4. Well Andy popped over tonight so i could take a quick look at it for him. Fixed the starting issue as the throttle stop had been fitted with a different bolt than standard and had worked it self loose so the TPS settings had all changed and think someone had been playing abit too much with the fueling Thought the fuel pressure was dropping as the RPM was going so low the ecu was not picking up a trigger on the crank and cutting the Fuel pump as we did not have that problem once but seems there is definalty a power issue in the car as the fuel pressure starts going funny when you turn the volume up on the stereo as andy found out on way home But forgot how quick his car is Had abit of fun setting up the launch control tho. 0.8bar on launch was funny
  5. Im 99% sure its a fuel system control or pressure issue as there is nothing else that can make the fuel pressure drop like you have describe. If you do as i said above and bridge FP and B+ together in the diagnostic port then see if it does it then Ryan
  6. Morning Chap Funny one this espically as it just started happening out of the blue. You sure you aint changed any fuel pump control when you were playing around and learning the fuel tuning side of mapping Nah only kidding the updated map you sent looks fine on the fuel pump control side so could be that there is an issue with the Fuel pump ecu changing from 9v to 12v and the pressure dropping slighty. A good test is if you bridge b+ and FP in the Diagnostic box this will make the fuel pump run 12v when the Ignition is on. Now this is just a test and should be not be used Permently by anyone but be interesting to see if it fixes it. As have seen a standard jspec which had this problem once and was the Fuel pump ecu on its way out. p.s also when your making changes on the map for learning purposes make sure you keep any eye of the graphically view so its smooth matey .
  7. Sounds like something may have changed then mate with all the other bits you have had done recently. As never went above 750c when it left me hence why i set the warning gauge at 800c. Can see a Blanket raising the temps maybe 100c but not 200c Best thing to do is arrange for a checkup Ryan
  8. Thanks for kind words matey was a good day as i now know the aem can do a damn good job with the autotrasmission with the right settings Ryan
  9. I would recommend pressure testing the system to make sure 100% there are no leaks in piping as is sounding like its either a nackered wastegate spring or boose leak. If you say you have tried 2 wastegates then i would not rule out a boost leak as cant see 2 springs being duff. Ryan
  10. Where are you taking this vacuum pipe feed from??
  11. Its a Map sensor for an Apexi AVCR boost controller
  12. Innovate LC1 Wideband without sensor Same Wideband i use for when mapping customers car and is one of the best bits of kit i have used. Unfortunatly i do not have any new sensors to go with the kit as need them for mapping but have a few old ones which are still alright but would recommend getting a new sensor which are ~ £35. Please pm if interested Ryan
  13. Please PM if interested Looking for £65 Ryan
  14. You never seemed to have any trouble
  15. This will save you some money now Mark http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=131745
  16. Glad you got it back alright mate Just to add thor racing ended up mapping it to 1.4bar to create the above power. When i was mapping it we came into problems with it not making more than 1bar so i only got it to 482bhp and 460fltb at 1bar. Be interesting to see what it makes at SRR on sunday
  17. Both the LEM and Plus have the anti-lag feature as well as Flat Shift, Launch control, Closed loop boost and knock control Was a shame today mate but will fit you in soon when the adaptor link comes Ryan
  18. Hurry up and get it done, your ecu is getting bored
  19. Was sent this today http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=SmnjV5juzw4
