bit of a long shot . . my airbag warning light just popped up tonight on my E46 320Cd, was wondering if anyone has the carsoft or any other tool to read the fault code and reset it, dont fancie getting charged 60 odd quid of bmw.

ive just got back from turkey, and i dont know about mexico but i found that mosquito repellants that i bought in turkey worked better than any repellant ive bought over in the uk. I used one called "off" which i got over there, however it did have a very small johnsons sticker on the bottom so it could be part of them, not 100% though.

good thing these are just going on the beemer, not really bothered about them being heavy, if they were going onto a supra it would be a different matter!

I got it a month a go tomorrow, the closest i got to a recept is him writing " £**** paid in full along with the reg and spec of the car" on the back of his business card . Theres nothing that specifically says its a private sale that i can see. As above, will have had it a month tomorrow. Na it wasnt a bmw dealer, it was just a local place. If you buy a car from a dealer is there anything that says the last owner was the dealership or will it just have the last proper owner that wasnt a dealer?

Yea i have the V5, its in the lads name who had it before me, not the dealer The garage had hold of all the service books etc but i dont think they bothered to put their name on the V5, i dont know how it all works to be honest.

Hi guys and gals, need some advice as i dont have a clue where i stand with a garage i bought a car from last month. Basically i sold the soop to get a cheaper car to run for a bit so i went for a 53 BMW 320Cd sport. I found one advertised on a local car dealers website and basically ended up getting it. The dealer said he was selling it on behalf of someone so technically it was a private sale .. apparnetly, which meant i didnt get the 3 months warrenty you do with all other dealers. At the time i thought nothing of this and took out some 2 year silver cover thing for £299 which he claims covers everything except wear and tear. Anyway, about a couple or so weeks after i got the car the alarm started playing up, and ive been busy with work so only just managed to get the car into bmw today, thinking this daft warrenty i got would cover the alarm (turns out it doesnt). Got a call saying it needed a new boot latch, sorted i though, but nooooo! he says we found other problems with the car and he rambled of a list of parts it needed which came to around £1500!! oh and its all classed as wear and tear soooo that warrenty is a no go. what i want to know is where do i stand with this dealer i got the car from, the car was advertised on their website, they sold me it, so because it all went through the dealer should i actually be getting some form of warrenty or not? i get the feeling the V5 document was still in the last owners name but the yellow part of the V5, the transfer/sale to a dealer wasnt there..... Is there no such thing as a "private" sale through the dealer? Is the dealer just trying to fob me off or what? Obviusly the £1500 of parts i need acording to bmw i could no doubt pick up for a 1/3 of the price but thats still £500 i dont want to have to pay when ive only had the car a month. Hello all, i sold my supra a few weeks back to a nice guy from scotland, i still miss it like i dont know what . Last week i picked up my new car which i intend on keeping for a few years till my finances are sorted and i can get another supra . Anyway here is a couple pics of it, its a BMW 320CD sport, its got the 6 speed box with leather etc, got it for a good price so i cant complain. Im planning on getting some cls wheels at some point, i just cant decide on which colour to go for, my lass likes good old silver, but me and my friend like the matte black sort of look, gives it a mean sort of look. anyone got any views on them or any other wheels that would look nice on the car. cheers cal As it stands Photoshops

Mine is for sale its a GZ its a TT its a aerotop buuuut its red might not be what you want but worth a look, its up for £9k but i would take £8.5k of a member.

I cant really say much because the only supra i have driven is mine, its a Auto TT BPU at about 380bhp. I've never had the pleasure of driving a stock TT or a single but i know mine does put a smile on my face every time and the bpu does pull like i dont know what. its also for sale wink wink cal

It was sunny today around tynemouth/whitley bay coast so had the roof off for the first time since october. spotted 3 soops in the space of 5 minutes down the sea from area of tynemouth / whitley bay, all 3 standard looking, seen a black one first at the priory car park then a silver and a red one along the sea front. nice lookig cars. cal

same mate, i took mine along to a garage i use now and then and the lads were really shocked how clean it was underneath for a 15 year old car

the red aero on jurgens site is mois , its on pistonheads for £9.5K but i woudl take £9 for it. i once too went along to see jurgen with around 8k to spend on a tt but i ended up coming home with a one more expensive because i thought sod it its a mint car so i know im getting my moneys worth. sometimes its worth spending a bit more to get a car that you know is in mint condition. i also can vouch for the cars jurgen gets in, i think i was there when you picked your car up j_jza80, all the cars he gets in are in better condition inside and out and under the bonnet than half the cars in the uk that are newer.

Unfortunately I'm having to put up my 7ft Mahogany Pool Table due to moving out of my current flat and not being able to put this fantastic table anywhere in our new flat. The Pool Table is made by geordie pool and uses a free play system with potted balls rolling to the whole to the rear of the table. The table is in fantastic condition and plays straight and true (after a few hours of fine tuning P.gif ) Theirs 1 minor slit in the cloth which is close to the cushion and out the way of most play. It's approx 10mm in length and only spreads about 1-2mm apart. But all shots still role true over it. With the sale you'll get the table, the 4 cues (2 big, 2 smaller), the set of US spots and stripes balls, a triangle and a cloth brush. Pics An absolute steal at £250 The table is in Whitley Bay (Tyne & Wear) and would need to be collected either with a flat bed truck or a big transit van. cheers cal
