    right i have changed it over but.....a part of the old rad cap fell into the radiator its self:( will this be a problem.

    o right i looked at mine and the spring is in the radiator. i guess it should be on the rad cap.

    ok easy:( iv had my car for 2 years and this is the first time i have had this noise.

    right been out car was fine, bottom rad pipe was warm. before i turned the car off i let it stand for a bit (60s ish) and i didnt get any bubbleing in the top rad pipe. so i think im gona change my rad cap and see what happens. does any one have a pic of what one shoul look like? is the spring ment too be on the cap or in the radiator?

    I need a new rad cap as i think mine is shot:( so im looking too see if any one has any? stock or after market im not sure what is best. thanks.

    every thing is ok mate, no damp, rad ok and heaters get warm very quick:) thanks for the info its very helping.
