  6. Yeah its spot on... thanks to CW... Also my power curve is very progressive... Michel Lane, Steve Sherwood etc are allso arround my power bracket and they dont suffer too many issues.. The f1 goodyears are excellent tyres as well as the suspension set up:) Quantum suspension is excellent. And yes my motor isnt slow.:-)
  7. Quantum suspension with the geo setup properly and a os gitken Triple Plate. goodyear f1's all around with 265/35/18's at the back and 235/40/18's at the front.
  8. Im just glad i never used these jokers.. I nearly did think about it once and im glad i never did.... Just feel sorry for John (pig) and Graham C.. who have invested allot of there hard earned money in crappy workmanship...
  9. Thanks ash glad you enjoyed the ride :-) .... I know its a pain in the ass to get a car set up right.. But once its done you don't half enjoy it....
  10. hahahah i was waiting for a comment on that... This is a serious piece of kit.. but it would take some doing to get it roadworthy.. no heater or air con controls etc etc.. new interior?? second thoughts this best just be a drag car and nothine else
  11. Think it will take some cash to get it road legal, its just a drag car for drag events only

Oh dear loooking at the turbo charger it dosent look very big.. so 700hp mmm i doubt it.... 700hp isnt an easy figure to achieve and it will take alllot more than ecu and injectors.... how about another 4 to 5ks worth of parrts including a new turbo etc. Ebay add quote "It is only running 0.6-0.8 bar boost which is plenty, but as i say with a few more bits and bobs this Supra could be one of the fastest on the road" :d
  13. Not allot really.. maybe some torque difference.. The advantages come in after 700 plus really...as the stock one (apparantly) comes a restriction
  14. I guess the det was down to high intake temps (hot weather) theres no doubt race fuel will help your det problem.. def worth it just to be on the safe side... Are u going to bother with W/I? in this weather i'd say its a deffo must.. mine dosent go over 850 to 870 deg now even towards the end of sixth in this weather.... Worth thinking of if your getting knocksum counts.
  15. Out of interest what are your egt's like at 1.4 bar? Your not using W/I are you????
  16. I had around 10 litres of optimax left and just topped it up.... be worthwhile doing some datalogging if your doing some drag/track runs.. maybe u could lean out a little? as i noticed race fuel did lower my egt's

  18. for 30 litres its around 80 quid of 116 oct stuff. i wouldnt bother mate unless u want it for something special.
  19. I can confirm it does... Maybe include AFR's in there too.. be interested to see your results
  20. It would be actually interesting comparing the results of rgt probes post and pre turbo and even one mounted in the waste gate dump tube to see what the variance is.
  21. Thats the problem with having nice power.... you go through it like water..... I'd be interested in your worst mpg figure.. i've managed 4 mpg..
  22. I have mine mounted near the exhaust side of the turbo.. so it should be fairly accurate to say the least..
  23. Yes quite possibly.. and get your egt probe moved though as your reading wont be that accurate.. As nic rightly sad your egt is post turbo so will give a cooler reading... I think Dan would of map rich as your engine was obvisouly getting too hot at the time... W/I and a fresh tank of optimax is next... :-)
  24. Awww right sorry Nic... I don't read it properly.. in that cause then that would explain the ritch tune.. Yes W/I is a definate must. As Nic said 750 is max or you will melt something... I would suggest a 0.9mm jet to start off with...
