You can replace them with the engine in.., if you take the plenum chamber and all the inlet piping... the rear one is the worse and is the one that often goes.. the j-spec ones use 9b turbo's which generally wont' hold any more than .8bar of boost....

I used to own one of these.. and it was damn expensive even with aftermarket suspension was crap.. the blocks are very weak.. and like chris says they have week transfer box's which explode all the time.... Never again.... i modded it mine and i wish i hadn't....

Well done mate.. i lost 4inches of my waist in a matter of 4 to 5 months.. im a 34 waist now was a 38.... and i feel so much better.. 4 to 5 days a week can be hard graft though at the gymn

you'll get that at 1.3 if you have a good set of cam's etc... and of course a good map... After 700ish you may want to think about replacing your inlet plenum.. .but even 650 is crazy.. for the road.. I should know.
