  3. Had a 4 wheel laser alignment done last week at Feltham Tyres near Heathrow Airport, they charge between £60 - 90 depending on how much needs adjusting. They knew what a Supra was so thats a good start and can handle lowered cars. happy with the job done and its transformed the feel of the car and an important check considering the front end rebuild...   5. same thing has happened with mine after refitting the engine...lots of bad connections it seems,Matt H found it was easier to rewire stuff than to trace where the break was....just have the tach to finish off....still wont start without Easy Start though Dave S
  6. Fixed that prob.....not enough thread seal on the vac port on regulator......now set to 36psi static .....still doesnt start without Easy start though ......b******s ah well...next ! cheeers Dave S

  8. prob directed at IanC.....still looking to solve the non starting.......have reduced the fuel pressure down to 32psi without the vac connected, but when connected makes no difference to the reading?? is this correct? cheeers Dave S

Actually Chris the hardness or rattles dont bother me...just wanted to know if its normal... it felt great on the couple of roundabouts..after spending loads on poly bushes,bilsteins ,springs the mkiii never felt this good and this is just me bolting them on.....no adjustments....when its all run-in I'll be able to guage whether it suits me or not...I'd prefer it to be at its best when 'going for it' .... cheeers Dave S 'running in - please pass'

At last .....Supe now on the road...albeit with electrical probs....my first ever drive of a mkiv.....running in ATM so being careful....but still quite lively off boost......are the JIC suspension supposed to be quite hard.....and it seems the pillowball mounts are a little rattly on uneven road....I dont know if this is normal for this setup...... cheeers Dave S 'running in - please pass '

I do feel there is still an issue with my ecu connectors.....i was tracing the rpm signal for the tach in the footwell yesterday ( while everybody was out having fun)... it was idling nicely....messed with the ecu wires and the engine stopped??? IanC hopefully will tell me the fix for dodgy ecu connections !! thanks Dave

  19. do you mean emanage jp2 to pins 2-3? prob tried both ....its on 2-3 ATM...
  20. wont start hot or cold .....only with squirting Easy Start down its throat!! I've run out of ideas thanks Dave
  21. needed -46 in 700rpm cell for it to idle with afr 14.x but idle was a bit lumpy..... -40 gave 10.3 cold ...
  22. no you didnt read right Ian ......you recommended NOT using Global....just redone the map to all -40.....a lot easier now i've found the way to select all the cells..... thanks Dave edited other post m8 to make sure....!!! the post in between made it read wrong ...
  23. think I did try it ....IanC recommended not to use global setting......quite long winded on E01!! i'll try it again now .. yes WBO2 fitted and EGT.... thanks Dave
  24. Bit of background ......new engine rebuild....actually car totally rebuilt from back seats forwards !........ T61 turbo , 800cc injectors , blitz ecu ,( also tried stock ecu),emanage/e01 global injection change 440 / 800 thanks Dave
  25. all the maps are back at 0 now....I dont need the Anti Stall as its Jspec...I squirt the Easy Start directly into the intake manifold!!......can do it pretty quick now..but wouldnt like to in rush hour on the road !!! thanks Dave
