  1. If it's not too late for one more, or if someone drops out could you put me down for one of these (Plus a signal booster too)? I can send payment pretty much immediately once confirmed. If not then I can wait until the next round...
  2. I've previously been using ToyoDIY through the proxy link to access the pictures, but it looks like the proxy site is no longer with us. I really need access, as I'm in the middle of stripping out a lot of the engine bay and want to replace a lot of the rusty nuts. bolts etc, so scanning a list of parts without a picture isn't practical. Can anyone provide me with an up-to-date copy of the EPC? If necessary I can send a SAE and CD-R/DVD-R if that makes it any easier? (I know there's probably torrents, or similar, available, but I'm very very suspicious of them and also dubious as to whether I'd actually get anything worthwhile from them!)
  3. I hate being reminded of threads like this - they just make me realise that no matter what I do to mine it will never be this sorted and immaculate. Absolutely stunning build!

    Boot rust!

Mine has this too - it'll get sorted when I finally get a respray done. I thought it was down to a previous poor repair on mine - looks like it wasn't if other people are getting it too!!
  5. Paul, do things like PPS, active front spoiler, rev counter etc still work correctly after you've done the conversion, or does something have to be sacrificed? This conversion plus a TT kit is what I've been looking into for over a year now!!
  6. If it were the other way 'round I'd be laughing just as much at his new back tatt! Might be a bit extreme, but, then again, John Bobbitt got a lot worse!
  7. Thanks for that link Jamie! Just when I was looking for an R154 adaptor plate too. Very useful.
  8. Back in the day there was a lot made of the Jag E-Type being able to crack 150 mph! Now most Diesel saloons are within 15-20 mph of that! Progress
  9. "I was led into an adjoining examination room. A doctor that hadn't seen or fingered me before was there. "
  10. That's why I said 'I assume not', as I didn't have time to search for the answer (at work and all that....).
  11. Downloading now - likewise hope it was better than Oblivion - the characterisation and voice acting certainly seems better thankfully.
  12. I'm looking at converting my TT Auto to run on the R154, which I have sourced complete with bell-housing, from a Mk3 Supra. This is in advance of possibly transplanting a new engine in there. Having read Dude's 6sp how-to and TLicense's parts list, I wanted to check a few things: - Can I use the clutch pedal from a Mk3 Supra, or, if not, what are the part numbers for the Mk4 clutch pedal (assuming it's the same between 5/6 speeds)? - What is the best slave and master cylinder to use? - Is there a 5sp specific mounting panel for the transmission tunnel, or can I use the 6sp one?
  13. /\ /\ Funny you should say that Mike - I see RoSPA's only comment so far has been about the stupidity of introducing an 80 mph limit when incidents like this happen when the limit is 70. The point > . [RoSPA] While I said it wasn't too bad on that night I still wasn't going at 70, never mind 80, because I was driving to the conditions, not the effing speed limit! It's sad that, rather than try to promote discussion on safe driving, awareness and driving to the road and conditions rather than the limit etc etc they once again focus on speed! (if they want to go down that line then how come quite a few of the vehicles involved were lorries? Surely as they were only going at 56 they should have been safe?!
  14. It's only supposition on my part as to what was on the other side of the road just as the accident occurred, as I was already about 5 mins south by then. There were occasional bits that were thicker, but not badly so (IMO), but if you have a fire going when conditions are prone to fog the smoke particles can stay suspended in the area for a while, so this may well be what happened at the exit.
  15. I was driving southbound just before it happened (saw the fireworks too) and while it was quite misty overall visibility was fine. Nobody had their rear fogs on - they weren't needed at that time.
  16. Very interesting, as mine will be getting the front done at some point (done the rears already and am still smarting)!
