My car is currently running the inner two brake lights as fogs via a crappy little switch under the dash. The bulb blown indicator also is permanently on. While the dash is in bits I want to sort this out and would like some help with the following: 1. Rewire rear fogs so that the bulb blown warning works. - I think I just need to wire in 4xparallel resistors from ground to pin 87 on one of the relays, but where are the relays normally located - Behind the dash? I can't find any helpful diagrams. 2. Install a UK Rear Fog Switch (with multiplug) to existing wiring. - I can get the switch and hopefully the loom, but which wires do I need to connect to my current improvised fog light wiring? 3. Modify Fuel/Temp gauge to display Fog Light warning. - Digsy has already done this here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=3185&highlight=Fog+light I have a spare gauge at home and am willing to give it a go. I'd be looking to stick with my existing J-Spec lights, so don't need to wire in the UK ones, but I'd really appreciate a quick text or chat about how to do the dashboard side if possible Digsy? I know it's a lot of info requested, but i'd really appreciate a hand with these points.

I'm currently looking to install these on my non-folding 1994 RZ. I assumed there would be an unused connection behind the dash that I could use, but after lots of searching I found a post stating that pre 1995 Import Supras didn't come with electric folding mirrors at all. If that's the case I might as well not bother as it'll be an epic to install. Can anyone with a pre '95 Supe confirm this or not?

My old dash panels (1994 J-Spec Auto) are now up for sale. There is quite a range in quality, so I will describe each panel in turn, as well as my asking price. The heater controls are 84999-70009 IIRC.

Bad news Jon - sorry to hear about it. Just to echo all above if you do start feeling pain get to a physio, as the quicker its sorted the less problems you'll have later on. When a physio looked at my shoulders he could pretty much give me a chronology of every injury I'd had and reckoned he could sort most of them. He was right too.

Ok thanks for that guys. My main though was that if I could swap my turbos for the ones on a UK spec then all I'd need to do is compensate for the larger injectors, but if that meant an aftermarket ECU then it's not really an option.

Hi all, This is just to canvas opinion and find out what my options are. My engine is currently knackered and, although my Turbos are strong. I will be on a very tight budget for a replacement engine when the time comes. The easy option is to swap a standard J-Spec engine in there, which is nice and simple, but to widen my options I am looking at the possibilities of the following if I find the right engine: 1. VVTi conversion. How much extra work and parts will be needed? 2. UK engine with my J-Spec Turbos on it. Will they fit? Will the engine work with a J-Spec ECU. What else could trip things up? The only reason I say UK with J-Spec Turbos is that I like my J-Specs and also have a feeling that UK tubbies would cause more complications when plumbing the engine in. If it's simple then I might be persuaded. Any thoughts from the more technical than me guys, especially with regards to cost? this will not be done on the cheap, but I don't have too much room for maneouvre. Thanks.

I'm having trouble identifying a set of injectors I have: Part number: 3250-46060 Are these UK or J-Spec injectors?

When I got these from E-Bay they were the result of a cheeky bid that worked. I thought it'd only be fair to pass them on for what I paid for them.

Spooky - I was just about to put mine on Parts For Sale!! I'll let you have them for a fiver plus P&P if you want?

Again to free up some cash these are up for sale instead of going in my Supe. They are used UK 550cc injectors that have been in storage for several months now, so the O-Rings would need replaced. It is also strongly suggested to get them re-conditioned and cleaned before use. I am looking for £10 per injector plus £5 P&P = £65.00. Any takers?

As I am now a certified member of the oil-seal killer club I also need to source a replacement engine, as mine is worn internally. I am looking for a low-mileage stock J-Spec TT engine not necessarily with all the attachments, or Turbos, as I can transfer mine across. Anyone?
