  1. Evo won't touch the Supra in most aspects. I can drive the Evo point to point quicker, but that's because I air on the side of caution with the sup and the evo has all manor of witchcraft keeping you in check. Straight line speed the supra will be much faster. Even stock once you hit triple figures you will stride away. All those cars are boring to me, uninspiring to drive. It's different horses for different courses though.
  2. If brains were dynamite he couldn't blow his hat off.
  3. I think you will find you just swore bud.
  4. Noticed a lot of people struggling with the attachment app on the forum so thought I would do a little guide. Firstly create your post/thread like the following.... Next Scroll down the page and click "manage attachments" (See note 1) Click "Browse" on the first box and then select the image you wish to upload. (See note 2) You can add multiple pictures by clicking the next "browse" button, up to 5 at a time. Once you have selected the images you wish to upload simply click "Upload" to upload the files to the site. Once finished it will look like the following. Job finished (See Note 3) Note1: You cannot manage attachments using the "Quick reply" box. If you are in a "quick reply" box simply click "Go Advanced" in order to access the attachment options. Note 2: There are some image restrictions. The maximum filesize that you are allowed to upload is 200kb so check the size before uploading Note 3: If you want to embed the images into the post do the following.... Right click on the hyperlink of the image you want to use and click "copy shortcut". Right click in the window where you want the image to be, click "Paste" and then put the tags on either side of the link</p><p> </p><p> [img]http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=133594&stc=1&d=1306702492 Job done
  5. I'll have this if it isn't gone
  6. You don't upload them from that. You upload them via "advanced" then "browse" down the bottom.
  7. What age are you to want a 2009 car when you were a kid? I had the original viper on my wall
  8. Still after the foams and tools
  9. Depends if the avcr takes it from same place as your speedo Gps is best way to tell, I'm yet to see an accurate speedo..... although I have read and heard many claims
  10. 5Mb/s upload unfortunately, and that's if you have been upgraded. Think it was/is 1.5mb/s in the non upgraded areas. Always seem to hold back a little with the uploading.
  11. "Top end" is towards the higher end of the speed a car can do.
  12. Wouldn't worry about, you've given them all a laugh
  13. I was 20 I did love that car, and I would love to own it. But I can't call it a childhood dream
  14. It just says that in the instructions. Mine was the same but it did need bled due to being shipped and lying at all angles in the van. Wouldn't work properly until I bled it. Easy to do when you know where the fillup is
  15. I had the A-Team Van. It wasn't any of the dross crap you get nowadays either. It was metal with axles and wheels that could hold my weight as I rode down the hill on top of it
  16. Not the man to call when the MFI flat-pack arrives then?
  17. It's still the fill hole bud, whether you leave it or not that's what it is. It will be a rubber plug, pull it out to fill up, bleed, etc. I can't wait to read threads when you are actually working on the car
  18. Hi folks, I arranged the last group buy and it was a bit of a saga if I'm honest. The guy that did them is called Sunil Patel (IIRC) and he trades via ebay as Boxyourcar. One set of his mats is here.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-SUPRA-93-02-LUXURY-TAILORED-CUSTOM-CAR-MATS-/190538272728?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2c5cf74fd8 Feel free to get a hold of him. I'm sure he will be willing to negotiate a deal. Be aware though, his customer service and communication is absolutely terrible post payment. I never got one single pro-active email or phonecall from him to let me know what was happening with our order after it had been placed. I was constantly chasing him up on the phone and via email. So use at your own risk. I can't complain about the mats though, they are fantastic
  19. That'll be your fill hole bud. Is it not a screwdriver centre? Where you could unscrew it with a narrow plain screwdriver?
  20. The corner of a supra. Probably 0.75 ton or something like that. Although they will be stress tested far higher.
  21. You wanted that when you were a kid? Are you really young (seen it in gone in 60 seconds but you were a kid) or really old (seen the real deal)?
  22. Not to mention relief valves to stop them from being overloaded. No danger in a reasonable jack IMO. It's the cheapo £10 that the issues lie with. I think Josh has made the wrong choice to be honest, we could only advise him though... not do the shopping for him
