  1. Snubbed! I'd like to think I have contributed to your demise.
  2. I shot past that ages ago
  3. Blackies about to get schmoked!
  4. Ideal, definitely a jspec then. Thanks
  5. Would I be right in saying this is a jspec then?
  6. What requires modding/plugging/shouting at in order to swap a jspec manifold for a UK spec one? Is it a big job? I seem to remember an EGR port or something needing plugged up but I thought that was it? Also, what is the easiest way to tell if you have a UK spec manifold? I'm not sure if the one I have is or isn't. Thanks guys.
  7. It's yours mate. I just need to give it a clean then I'll take some pictures for you to see. It's dirty but it's in good nick lol. I'm just going out for dinner so will sort things out with you later
  8. I'll get a quote for you bud. Yeah the UK manifolds fit the J-spec no bother. I think there is only one difference and it's a pipe or something, easily blocked off if necessary. I'll find out though so that it's ready to fit at your end
  9. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=137121&d=1313079336 I'd split that banana.
  10. Remember the throttle body as well. Might look a bit silly all black with a silver/grey TB http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?252342-Full-set-of-turbo-pipes-in-black That's the other set of pipes I have. I just took them off my car yesterday. Oh, I'm not sure if mine is a UK. How do I tell?
  11. At this rate there will be a "Yeah, 6000 posts. Awesome." thread VERY soon
  12. The one you bought wasn't mine bud. I'm just pointing out that I have the whole lot for sale Got everything bud... and as far as the turbo pipes go I've got 2 sets lol.
  13. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?250241-Engine-bay-Anti-Bling-TT-pipes-Manifold-amp-Throttle-body In case you are interested. A-la-whole hog
  14. I was 420 on my last renewal with all mods declared. I'm sure Dunk is around £200. Havard is similar too. You need to shop around
  15. Makes no difference, you have to let them know. It's up to them if they are happy enough with it in there or whether they want to charge you more money. At the end of the day if you don't, you run the risk of not being paid out if your car is stolen. Yeah, leaving your car running while not in the vehicle is an offence. Has been for a little while now.
  16. They have never managed to get anywhere near the quotes that I get elsewhere. I'm also noticing more and more of the "Sky" posts appearing. Shame really as I think they used to be quite well thought of on here.
  17. Just be careful where you use it. If you leave your car running on a public road you can be done. Also remember to let your insurance know as your premium will go up. Turbo timers are a known security risk and insurance companies don't like them. If your car is stolen then recovered, and they find it, they won't pay out unless you have already told them.
  18. Are you talking about the orange eml light or the red warning indicator? If it's the latter it's just the brake fluid. The eml light often means a real issue.
  19. Woohooo!! Aluminium Semi-Rigid Ducting Thanks guys
  20. Not stupid at all. I was just at B&Q looking at the options. All they had that would suit my needs was a small waste pipe. It wasn't long enough though, and because of the fittings on it they wanted silly money for it, for what it was. Just modeling an intercooler pipe I did have a look in B&Q but all they had was the flexible stuff that doesn't hold its shape. That stuff from viperperformance looks ideal.... hopefully it holds its shape (it looks like it might). That stuff looks ideal. I'll have a look around a few of the places to see if they have anything like it
