  1. Did you miss the last picture in my thread?
  2. I think I'll do that also, not to hide it but just to make it more plyable. The plastic guards are a nightmare. I had a hard enough time with the fusebox one.
  3. How badly is it smashed? Can it be repaired from underneath? It's 'only' a splitter so a repair won't look as bad as it would in other areas. Depends just how much damage there is though. The best you can hope for is an uneven weave and maybe some discolouration where the crack is. Just depends if it will annoy you with it being there or not.
  4. Wait a min, that loom is connected? WTF? I had a hard enough time getting the blighter out. Did you remove all the plastic hard crap holding the loom together and then re-cover it to protect it? I just finished taking mine out tonight and it was a pig of a job..... and that's removing it lol.

I'm surprised you have space with all that clutter in there
  6. Is there a posted price yet bud?
  7. The easy part is almost over. Stripping the bay has been great fun, I'm now going to take my time so that I can delay trying to put it all back together I've decided that I'm going to get rid of the fuse box as well. I know I don't have to but while I'm here I might as well. Need to get some heavy duty tape to protect the wire, will see what I can get in work Next on the list is a bloody good scrub, a degrease and a paint.
  8. He did know, as he said. I'll quote since you can't be bothered reading it... To me that's saying that he knows he could get it repaired by filling and spraying. I could be reading between the lines though as I guess it is a little vague
  9. Works a treat, cheers Michael
  10. I don't want to go into the clock, then into the egg timer and then set it. I want a shortcut directly to the app that has a tumbler that I can set to hrs/mins. I'm running a samsung too, so mine is a bit more complicated anyway

    Great stuff, thanks.

What is the benefit of running lines to the rear? Would mini filters on the cam covers themselves not be enough? Or is it to stop moulten oil from spewing all over the engine bay (and wheels/tyres I guess) should the worst happen?

Do yo hve filters or non-return valves Jamie, or is there no issue with crap getting sucked up? I was thinking that the filters would get rather grimey.
  14. Yup, but as he said if that was the case he could easily repair and spray it
  15. Do you take requests? I want a crappy timer that people seem to want to over-complicate. When i stick my dinner in the oven i want to open the app, set a tumbler to 30 mins, or however long my dinner will take to cook, and hit set. 30 mins later, or whatever, an alarm will go off. When accepted it will cease and the app will close until it is next called upon. Everyother app wants dates, times, headings, occurrence, etc, etc, etc. What happened to keeping things simple?
  16. Doing a bit of digging around I have found a lot of opinions on different breather setups. I was wondering what the modern opinions are and some ingsight so that I can decide what I fancy. I was thinking of just venting to the rear of the car with a couple of mini k&n filters, not sure if this was worth the hassle over a catch tank though? Thanks.
  17. Is that for next year already? Damn you guys are starting to take this oneupsmanship a bit far
  18. I don't have the money at the moment unfortunately guys. I'm aiming to buy it after the new year When I spoke to Ryan he mentioned a PnP harness that he makes up, obviously that adds to the price though.
  19. Yeah that's what we use in work. I'll see if I can 'borrow' some
