  1. As above, I know it's a bit of a long shot but I thought I might as well ask before I go ahead and butcher mine lol. Anyone got any camcovers going spare with -12AN fittings already welded on? Cash waiting.

    £48 for a timing belt?? When you go back in tell them to take their balaclavas off so that you can look them in the eye while they shaft you
  4. Again? FFS mate you do that to celebrate the opening of a packet of crisps.
  5. I'll take this mate. Let me know your bank details and I'll send the money for this and the plugs. Cheers.
  6. Im switching my airbag wheel over to a non airbag wheel. Has anyone done this properly without just removing the bulb? Is there any drawbacks to just removing the bulb? Will the passenger side still work as expected etc? Next, is there any way of using a harness with a stock seat? I just want to be safe as Im quite tall so would have nonproblems smashing the windscreen with my face should the worst happen. I would rather have a harness in place to help avoid this. Trouble is I dont fit comfortably in buckets, recaros etc so I would rather keep the OEM seat that I have and just fit a harness bar in the rear. Thanks
  7. Should have sent it recorded so that we knew who it was from in that case. Edit: I think it's Ibrahim btw.
  8. Cheers mate. I'm lazy and can't be bothered with bling. I had my engine bay black and red for a couple of years and had next to no hassle keeping it clean

    MR2 -> Supra?

    It really is a hard decision mate. I was in the fortunate position where I had access to both due to me handing the reigns of the MR2 over to my Wife for a while. I don't regret the trade for 1 second but there is nothing quite like getting behind the wheel of a nicely tuned MR2. Mine was running around 280hp and it scared the pants off of all my mates. The Supra does the same but in a completely different fashion. The Supra is refined, comfortable, easy to drive, smooth.... the MR2 is none of those things and feels completely raw. In a perfect world I would still have both to be honest. The Supra would win 9 times out of 10 when it was a choice of which car to go out in but I can assure you I would grinning from ear to ear everytime I chose to go out in the MR2. As Johnny says you can't take the MR2 very far unfortunately. I would say that around 350hp would be the maximum for keeping the car as an "all rounder". A 300hp MR2 will have similar performance to a 400hp Supra below 80, in fact in normal road going guise I think the 1/4 mile times would agree with that. They are very nimble machines and great fun to drive but the Supra is just a more superior car in almost every way. At the end of the day I wouldn't recommend spending a lot of money on your MR2, it will be money down the drain. Buying a TT6 and having it at BPU will hold reasonable value for whatever length of time you decide to keep it (within reason ). Happy hunting Oh, check out my garage
  10. Any time mate Yeah yeah gold man. Keeps the boredom away
  11. Made a start on the bits to paint tonight. Actually surprised myself by getting quite a lot done. It's all dry, just letting it all harden a bit
  12. He does ship to the UK. If you select "All" it comes up as $80 shipping
  13. No worries, how do you want paying?
  14. I'll take the facelift headlights John, I'll leave the line lock. Edit: In fact stuff it, I'll take both. Cheers
  15. That's going to be absolutely mental. Look at the size of that CC Has it ran in the MKIV shell Dude?
  16. Interested in the line lock mate. Can you do it posted for £80? Cheers
  17. Found a spare hour so managed to make some headway (badum tish). Those ARP studs are a bit of a pain. Instructions are very general. For example, you can't fit the studs and then fit the washers, you need to have the washers in place first lol. Oh well, they are in now. Not tightened up the head yet as I need to get a decent socket for it (the ones I have are all hex). I just placed the cam covers on top to keep things extra clean now.
  18. You must be new here, welcome to the forum
  19. Looks fantastic. What a sleeper!
  20. It has one on it thankfully. I just wanted a TRD one for the sake of it really
