Will keep it in mind mate, cheers. I've messaged Keron for everything I am after so if I can get it all at one place then I'll go for that. Did you miss out my request? Parry was replying to me asking you if you had hubs & driveshafts Need the ABS variant, with the sensors would be good.
-
Do you know if these are the same as facelift hubs with the larger brakes? Edit: Also, are they ABS hubs?
-
Interested in driveshafts and rear hubs if they're selling.

By tired wishbones I didn't mean sagging, mine were totally done. The inner bushing had siezed to the cam adjusters and the pre-loadings were all over the place. Unfortunately, in my case, loosening everything off to attempt to re-set it all didn't work due to the adjusters being seized. The front was a nightmare, I was prepared for the rears though.... just replaced everything

Ahhhh that old chestnut. I remember this so well. It was the NIGHTMARE reason I had such a hellish time with my initial coilover choice. Basically I can only put it down to 2 things: 1. Your car was in a bump and your chassis is twisted (thankfully this wasn't my situation). 2. Your wishbones are tired and have had one helluva life (this WAS my situation). There are a couple of solutions. The first to try is to TRY and get your car raised on it's wheels. By that I mean a drive on ramp that you can loosen/tighten the suspension arms in situ. If that doesn't work, it's new/better wishbones I'm afraid. As has been mentioned NUMEROUS times, especially by CW..... it's VERY important to have everything loose and the car settled before torquing everything correctly. If you torque one side at one height and the other at another... you're going to see uneven height, feel imbalance and cause premature wear. Someone really needs to look into manufacturing replacement stock rubbers. The arms and wishbones are stupid money now

Batman V Superman.... again spoiler free.... Are you kidding me? *expletives deleted* This was absolutely perfect IMO. Take yourselves away from the comics for 2 minutes, how did you genuinely think this was going to play out? It's a pantomime, a play..... it's exactly as it should and ever could have been. I agree on one point though........ she was bloody useless, terribly written in. No spoiler, you know if you've watched any trailer and there's nothing more to tell. Her part could have been good! I'm missing something if this movie wasn't enjoyed by the real fans, seriously. It's great! 8/10!

VR was around in the 90s... it just sucked. I think the driving games will make a huge impact. I've always hated the lack of vision in driving games, especially inside the cabin. Flight simulators are the same.

I seriously can't wait for PS VR to come out. October can't come fast enough. I've been watching all the demos and reading up on all the hype, looks absolutely superb. There was one video I watched that I can't find now showing a journalist getting a hands on go in a PS headquarter room, showed all the great aspects and also did a split screen etc. Thankfully the new tech all appears MILES ahead of the 90s stuff, I remember being so let down when I was younger. My Dad paid £5 for a go on a VR machine (Was a lot of pennies in 1990 for an arcade game lol), I sat in it.... put the headset on... turned my head and waited on the headset to catch up, turned it the other way and waited again..... 3 seconds later, BOOM.... another tank had blown me up and it was game over. The queue was a mile long full of absolute mug punters, like myself, dying for a shot of it and it was so unbelievably crap that I never even glanced at one again till now My only gripe with the PS4 version is that it comes with a hell of a lot of strings. You need the following to have the FULL experience: PS4 (£300-£350) PS VR (£350) PS Camera (£45) PS MoveController(s) (£25ea) Games? (£???) Initial outlay is going to be approx £800 which is a lot of lolly. And just to add salt into the wound the PS4.5 is coming out for 4k TV owners. I noticed there's a bundle deal with the camera and a controller for £415, exactly the same cost as it is to buy all the stuff individually anyway

I thought Man of Steel was absolutely first class. Much needed refresh of the Superman franchise after the AWFUL Superman Returns reboot. He just felt a lot more human and natural in it than every other version. I'm still curious how it's going to be an actual battle though. Superman could clearly end the Batman on a whim so I don't get how it's going to play, I look forward to it.

Interested in the lights if they aren't sold

Just finished The Big Short. Thoroughly enjoyed this movie, it's frightening that it happened in the way it did but lets be honest.... it's not surprising. The world revolves around corruption and the little guy takes the hit. Amazing cast, very well produced and the acting was fantastic throughout. Would highly recommend it but it's an intellectual film, so I wouldn't recommend scooping the brain out or chatting through it

I don't know if heat is a good thing in the bearing. Would need to be a quick blast of proper hot so that the surrounding area didn't get a chance to soak. Maybe a silly question... have you tried an impact gun?
-
The closer to nil the better. I would simply describe it as minimal. Drive a new manual box... that's how much movement you should feel.

That looks like a proper job that one! -
I'm looking to upgrade my main PC so my current main setup is up for sale. The PC is simply my media server, it barely gets past idling but I like my gadgets/toys and I fancy an upgrade (I like building things lol). For those in the know I'm guessing the brief description of the parts I'm selling will say all that's required but I'll go into a little more detail for those curious of just how capable what I'm offering here is.... CPU - Intel i7 3770k 3.5Ghz processor (Ivy Bridge) Motherboard - Asus P8z77-v Pro Memory - 8GB (2x4gb) Crucial Ballistix Tactical DDR3 1600mhz CL8 Cooler - Corsair H60 Hydro Sealed Liquid Cooler Processor - Known as one of the best processors on the market. It still holds its own against the most current CPUs so it really is an amazing bit of kit. It's one of the most overclockable CPUs I've ever had, this CPU holds the current world record for SuperPi calculations. I'm currently number 4 on this list, I never could crack the record http://www.superpi.net/Scores/?action=searchScores&test=-7&vendor=Intel&platform=Desktop&series=&rpp=20 Motherboard - The P8z77-v Pro was THE option for the CPU. It wasn't the most expensive that could be bought but there was nothing on the market that performed any better. This motherboard has every option and extra you could ever want, including built in wireless. If you click on the link above you'll notice a pattern emerge with the motherboards used It's also VERY pretty Memory - The Ballistix Tactical RAM was also a very specific pairing that I went for. Stupidly overclockable RAM that lended itself perfectly to stretching the legs of the CPU. This RAM allows the whole setup to happily sit overclocked at 4.5Ghz with absolutely zero drawbacks. This is some record breaking RAM. It can be tweaked on so many different levels depending on the sort of rig you are looking to build. http://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/blt2cp4g3d1608dt1tx0ceu Cooler - As with any high end PC you want to be running a decent cooler. The H60 is a sealed liquid cooled unit which means zero maintenance. This kit allows the CPU to run super cool even when at high load (I stress test everything I build). The benefits of such a unit are that it's far more efficient than an air cooled unit and because of this they are far quieter than premium air heatsinks. I've only ever pushed this CPU for a bit of benchmarking. I'm not a gamer, I don't even have a graphics card lol, so this PC has had such an easy life (99% streaming/storing). I may have boxes for everything, I'm almost positive I at least have the Motherboard packaging, but everything will be either in it's original packaging or packaged very well for obvious reasons. Here is a picture of my whole setup: https://scontent-lhr3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xpf1/t31.0-8/11312651_10153328688614168_6297449185687896994_o.jpg Keep in mind that you'll need a decent PSU to power this. It's really high end kit so I would always recommend a high end PSU for safety. £350 + P&P. I'm only willing to post insured but I'm happy to use any courier you wish at cost. I don't expect it to be any more than £20 total.

Don't go with them to save a few quid mate. I'm telling you mate, don't say you weren't warned
-
In addition to that, you would effectively need to tell the insurance company every time you changed tyre width as well if that was the case.
-
They may argue but there's no way it would hold up surely? My car comes as standard with 18s and runflats with a standard tyre option. There's also a 19" M5 wheel option which my car was specced to out of the factory. There's no way they could un-warranty my car due to a factory fitted modification, and to that end there's no way they could un-warranty any model due to performing a similar change of tyres when it's an available option as standard. When I called the insurance company I told them it was completely factory standard other than factory upgrades, they didn't even ask what they were they just took a note of what I said on my records.
-
Not a chance. That's like saying the insurer would default if you didn't use the same brand as the car rolled out the factory with. Where would it end?
-
Definitely normal tyres for the win. They're less noisy, handle better, cheaper and most places wont repair a runflat.
-
Aww come on. You won't even know I'm there.
-
Brand new lenses, housings etc. So that you could have a pre-facelift glass light with a facelift insert etc. Effectively newly produced aftermarket lenses. I think it was just a poor choice of phrasing
-
Na, I just refurbish lenses. This is a whole new level of new lighting I'd 100% be up for this sort of thing but it's not going to get off the ground, there's just no chance IMO. It's not going to be worth it for a company. You would probably sell a couple of hundred sets initially (if the price was right) and then sales would dwindle massively to probably the same amount per year if the marketing was right. By that time, again depending on price, quality would come into question so they would need to be top notch items. I hope you get somewhere with it, but I honestly can't see it.
