  1. That looks like new in the pictures. First class job
  2. The fact that the link doesn't work as it's been copied and pasted from a previously short-cutted post is also suspicious. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Supra-RZ-/222008575629?hash=item33b0be068d:g:zT8AAOSwFqJWqiaD is the actual link I'm guessing?
  3. Is the red one oil pressure? I always thought it was the orange one. If you're referring to the warning triangle in the middle your brake fluid needs topped up, not your oil. The most common problem with oil pressure is actually the oil level. If your oil level is fine and your brake fluid level really is fine then it would suggest your oil pump is worn out.
  4. Depends on the options. The stock map is a generic map also. However, it won't feel right unless you run it on the right fuel as it's fine tuned for 100ron. Mine ran amazing on Vpower99 but didn't like BP fuel at all. Mine had an 8krpm limit, 1.1bar boost, increased boost on 1st tubby (approx 1.0bar), fuel cut defender taken out, speed limiter taken out and the map tweaks to richen up the mid-range and lean out the top range. Amazing bit of kit IMO, need to be careful though as they're starting to suffer from dry solder joints.
  5. What makes you say that? All the mines does to increase the power is increase the boost to 1.1bar and re-adjust the fuel to compensate better for the over-fuelling at the top end. Far less crude than strapping on a boost controller to the stock ECU and doing the same
  6. Won't need to worry about that in Scotland
  7. Maybe that's why I'm so surprised then
  8. I followed your link then went into their online shop http://www.siliconhose.com/content.asp?inc=product&catalog=MS503
  9. Can't believe some of you lot forgot that there are 2 sets of Grandparents to every child
  10. Superb, thanks very much for that. Everywhere else was charging an absolute arm and a leg
  11. The HKS outlet is approx 20mm or so, I definitely wouldn't worry about a 32mm to 19mm downsize with the setup involved. You would get compressor stall/noise without the BOV though so I think it's a good way to go for your end result. Out of curiosity, where did you get the clamps? I was looking for them a while back but struggled to find a suitable supplier.
  12. Press here, really hard....
  13. That's a strange one then. The sensor shouldn't really come into it as it's a bulb check when you turn the ignition on.... not a sensor check. The car that you're trying your panel on, can you try it's panel on yours? Just to completely rule out the panel altogether.
  14. Nothing that I can think of. The turbo spinning will draw the air in from the intake and the BOV causing a vacuum which will aid the flow of air. You might not notice any difference at all. Everything is relative of course, it all depends on how good the BOV is to begin with. If it's built to flow off the volume from a 67+mm turbo and you're putting a smaller turbo on it then I would expect even less issues. All that being said, if you want to run without a BOV then I would. I would certainly have the kit bought and planned so that it was a bolt on affair should you decide that it's needed, but I wouldn't have any issues at all at least trying it without. I would be amazed if that tubby blew the doors off mate, honestly. Decent clips holding the pipes on and decent pipe ends will hold anything that turbo can throw at it. Takes serious pressure to blow off an intercooler pipe when everything is good quality and fitted well.
  15. You're likely to get compressor stall anyway. The Bov will just help limit this effect. I have the racing hks version. Means next to no stall at high boost but full stall at low boost (needs a good spring in it)
  16. What sort of ballpark figures does that thing run Chris? Must be an absolute torque monster from no revs at all.
  17. I'm pretty good at being a dummy
  18. Has it been re-checked on the working car? Just in case it blew during the transition.
  19. Scott

Working fine for me - - - Updated - - - It's on the way out I believe. The makers have something new coming out this year. The scrapers are slowly but surely disappearing. I can still get everything to work though. My backup is phoenix
