Cheers for the comments. I will be keeping this solely advertised on this forum for one to two weeks, as would prefer this car to go to a member. After that I may look at putting it up on Pistonheads.

Well after two and a half years of owning my Supra I have finally decided to put her up for sale. This car has been my daily driver since it was imported by Whifbitz in December 2006. The current spec list is as follows: Engine: K&N Air Filter RSR Exhaust and 2nd Decat Blitz B.O.V Intercooler hard pipe kit Suspension: Tein Super Street Exterior: Whifbitz front bumper Veilside Skirts Veilside rear spats 18" Works Equip Alloys All work carried out this car since I have owned it has been done either by Whifbitz or Toyota GT. I have the original AA report I had done when buying the car which states how good the condition of this car is. It has been my daily driver for over two and a half years and it hasn't skipped a beat! The current mileage is 57305 miles I am looking for £7750 ovno

Apparently the Wheatsheaf car park is used for some meets. One of my mate's dad has a supercharged corvette and goes to meets all the time, so will have to ask where they go! Although unfortunately will be putting my Supe up for sale shortly

That would have been me turning down Devenish Lane! Had my car over 2 years, don't think I have seen any others in the area.

Just seen this on Aol news, was it anyone from here? http://entertainment.uk.msn.com/music/news/Article.aspx?cp-documentid=14736987>1=61501&ocid=today

I think that does look better actually, might have to look into getting that done. The hope is to raise some money, go BPU and get an fmic in there which should improve the look.
-
I thought that myself actually. Was expecting just to cover where the intercooler would be, not the side parts. Just more incentive to save for an fmic!

Just had a Whifbitz front fitted to my car by ToyotaGT. I think they did a fantastic job and am happy with the final look. I need to get some clear indicators and facelift headlights to finish the front. Has anyone got any thoughts on the best place to fit the front number plate? Cheers, Ben

Thanks so much for the reply. I have had to admit defeat for now, as time (and hence light) is not on my side. However, I will try again next weekend as I don't like to give up that easily! I will put your advice into practice and let you know how it goes. Thanks again to everyone for the help. I WILL SUCCEED!!

Hi, I am trying to change my j-spec discs to the 3G ones. Having got immensely angry taking the callipers off, I am now left with the below situation (see pic) It looks as though I have to take off the massive bolt in the middle, but is this not true? The disc just isn't coming off and I am starting to get seriously frustrated! Thanks for any help. Ben

I am actually happy that I was going pretty quick, as when I got out to see what I hit, the fox must have died quickly, which is good in a way. I don't know what I would have done if it had still been alive..... I wouldn't want to let it suffer, but wouldn't want to kill it either! Does anyone have a part-number for this under car protection, as I may as well get it fixed whilst I am having the bodywork done?
-
I think I will take it off, at least to get to the bodyshop then see what it looks like when it is up on a ramp. Whilst I have this thread open, does anyone know a rough figure for getting the following done? Spray and fit Front Bumper Fit veilside rear spats Cheers, Ben

Unfortunately I hit a fox recently at some speed which has caused some damage to the underside of the car! I have attached a couple of photos which show the state of the car underneath. It has a fair bit of blood and excrement under there which really smells foul! My question is (yes I have no technical knowledge at all!) does it look like I will have to order a new part, i.e. the undercar protection that is hanging off? If so, does anyone know where I can get one? Also, I am concerned that the car is now going to smell funky for a long time! On the plus side, as it ruined my front bumper I have now got a Whifbitz front ready to go on, which I am exicited about as it is one of my favorite bumpers. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Ben

Too bloody true! They always answer one question, then make you ask a dozen more! Recently there was a run through of the latest episodes that had loads of extra information flashing across the bottom, like the guy that went to see Hurley in the mental home, his name was Mr. Abbadon and Abbadon is a spiritual name meaning "the guardian of the abyss" or something. They put loads of little clues and stuff in, it is a very clever series!

Ha! That's classic. I bet that would have made motorists on the motorway happy to see them blown away! (well not if it really happened, but you know what I mean!)

I got Comply or Die at 10-1 and had a tenner on it, so got £100 back. Then found out this morning that I won a tenner on the lottery last night. Not a bad days work! Real shame about McKelvey, as they were raving about the horse before the grand national.

Yea I think that will be the test. If they try to explain it all, then you need to go back to episode 1, watch them all and see if the things that didn't make sense, make sense now. However, if this all revolves around time, how can that explain the black smoke? Also, when Daniel did the test on the rat it didn't actually go forward in time he said something like "his consciousness" went forward. It is all very confusing really.

But IS is the end of it? Because the new guy on the island had written in his diary "If anything goes wrond, Desmond Hume will be MY constant" so is Desmond's story just the beginning of a bigger situation?

Haha, it's not that bad! I was looking to buy on of the new flats in the Celsius development. A bit overpriced for what you got though!

Lol, yea I was pretty amazed at seeing another Supra, was gona try and point the car towards you and flash, but caught up in the moment ended up reaching for the windscreen wipers!! So are you from around Bracknell?
-
Yep, looks like it! Nice car btw

Really annoyed I didnt see this earlier, as I really want to meet up with some other owners to bounce some ideas off! I met up with Ed (Suprastar3000) and Uk-Rick in the midlands who both had incredible cars and really enjoyed it. "Note to self, pay more attention to South East thread!!" Anything else being planned soon? How often do people meet at fairmile? My mate's dad has a supercharge corvette and keeps going to fairmile, will have to join him one day!
