    noticed my pcv valve is noisy and rattling a lot, is that normal?

    hi, recently replaced my turbos on Jspec TT auto before it was smoking when Decelerating. Now replaced turbos, no smoke but getting lots of oil in air filter pipe. the only other difference between now and before is that the valve in downpipe area was permanently open before I changed the turbos, now it is in standard form. Please see picture of the valve I am referring too. not sure what is causing this. any ideas thanks
