ok people i'm thinking of getting rid of standard exhaust and getting a stanless one but don't want it too loud just i nice tune. so what is good and won't break the bank.

is that the nut i should take out for roll bar.as have bottom bolt out and 3 top ones .my spring clamps could do with being a bit shorter too

i'll be changing both fronts as had a go yesterday but the roll bar made every thing go up .

I have new shock to fit. have read what is said on here, my ? is do i have to remove the top wishbone to get shock out as have read that you can get it out with taking wishbone off but how can i do this and does anybody have pictures of how to do it

i have never put that stuff on a car exhaust but use to put it on exhaust on fishing boats 12"+ pipes and when we were done use to paint it with aluminium paint .but not sure if u can when it's on a car .

well i went in filled up at tesco , then headed to the beach had run past asda then headed for union street .then on to anderson drive then had run to inveriure then headed home .so about 100mile round trip. so i had a good little run

as you are all having a dig at what i have done it's not like i'm saying go out and put wd40 on the discs every day it was just put a coating on over the discs, it more the fact that the car is outside on the drive and being close to the sea there is alot of salt air. have spoke to a few people in the area and they do it to as know of a couple of guy who do it to there motor bike as there not used in the winter

just want to say put wd40 on my brakes .to pervent the rust setting i and it did work as wd40 does not contain silicone . as i had the supra out on sunday brakes worked fine:p

as it is getting close to winter and keeping the car off road the brake discs are a bit rusty and thats only been a week , but was told by a friend today to put wd40 and that should stop it from rusting over the winter . but was always told never to put oil on the discs .so people should i try or not

i use 95ron in my supra na .do put in 99ron when i'm at tescos but that is a 80mile round trip. so to give more bad news i was told by the owner of my local garage that fuel will be going up again this week :(as the price of crud oil is higher . but not 100% if thats right .hope it's not

welcome hope every thing is alright but the crankshaft seal might have been pushed out a bit but i don't know every thing might be fine

that would be good if you could .as i think new discs are 16mm thick but not sure , as the discs on mine are down to 13mm or less which is not good

had a look at http://www.brakeparts.co.uk/ the discs at £60.15 are they the right size as the thickness is 21mm

it's uk brakes . replaced the front a few months back but the back discs are very worn
