  1. Anyone heard of a file format .603 ? its a file that is video but i cant play it back? any ideas?
  2. have you used this? is it a decent tool to create websites? has anyone used it to make a website with there own web address? Mark
  3. yer total of bout £300 really its quite an involved job if you do it by the book as they reckon to take the radiator out and stuff but you dont need to, i find its cheaper if you supply the parts for the garage then you know they will only be charging just labour, i got my bits from mr t direct. Mark
  4. thats about right i just had mine done on a turbo at 66000 so you have a bit of time parts cost 150 ish belt, and 2 tensioners, and bout 1 and a half hours work for a garage looking at 150 to 200 for labour Mark
  5. solved! the guy that did my cambelt didnt connect my boost controller back together! plus my BOV was leaking a bit Cheers guys

  7. it bascically makes the car drive on different lobes of the cams and at the same time the ecu tells it to put more air and fuel in, in turn giving the vtec bout 20 to 30 bhp more than a honda without it, i used to have a crx vtec which i then turboed and its no comparison to the turbo car but a nice idea that makes the car have an incredible sound and a bit more power! very reliable to apparently only a few vtec heads have gone due to the vtec and that is after 200,000 miles!

  9. Vtec works on oil pressure if the oil is low then the vtec will not come in or it will be intermitent this is beause it needs oil pressure to shift the pin across to make it drive on the middle lobe on the cam shaft. Mark
  10. ok ill try that 2morow, just a thought would old spark plugs also be a cause as i didnt change them from standard when i went BPU as they worked ok, they have been in there since i had it (8 months) dont know how long before that, but i also feel i may have a slight misfire only small at idle? cheers mark

  12. well i havent really put my foot down in the car since i had both things done. but it did work ok before, it seems to rise to 0.65 quite easy but wont go higher could it be the second turbo?

Hey can anyone help i have a jspec turbo auto and i was driving down the motorway and when i put my foot down it doesnt make the right boost, it only just makes 0.65 when it normally makes a bar 1.0 even if i turn it up it doesnt rise. i have recently bought a new blow of valve and i had the cambelt changed yesterday these are the only things changed recently. what would the common causes be? please help thanks Mark
