  1. Hi folks, Not been on for a while because the Supra has been off the road for the winter. Going to get her back on at the end of this month and I can't wait! Had the car just over two years now but it's still only done around 6000 miles since I got ger (still on about 45000k for a '93 TT!) I have a friend who has a garage and he is going to service and MOT it for me for free, but I want to make sure that the oil, filter and plugs are good quality so I'm going to supply them myself So could you recommend the best place to get these items online: Oil (recommendation?) - Oil Filter - SPark Plugs - It's a stock TT Anything else I should supply myself? Thanks wHIZz
  2. I bought a daily driver in January, little 1.0 litre micra and it's great Means I still look forward to getting in the Supra at weekend (and some sunny evenings). wHIZz
  3. Whitesupraboy - if you wouldn't mind, me too That's why I bought the 360
  4. Sounds good! - didn't know about this one I'll be able to play it on my new 360 Elite which arrives tomorrow - mind you if it had only been available for the PS3 that wouldn't have been a problem - cos my new PS3 arrives at the same time :p:p:p:p:p Both birthday presents from 'er indoors (cos I couldn't decide between them) wHIZz
  5. I don't like the look of it - never seen it in my seven years of ebay-ing at that stage of the process (although I know exactly what it is). I would close the browser, clear out your cache settings etc and open a new browser - go to ebay page and pay for it. Then you know you have gone through the proper ebay site wHIZz
  6. Did John Spartan catch him after all then? wHIZz

    Car financing

True, but small price to pay (pun intended!) since I didn't have the sort of cash needed to buy a Supra in the first place.

    Car financing

Chucked mine on my credit card I transfer the reducing balance every 6-9 months so I'm not paying any interest. wHIZz

    Speed of light

It still amazes me how many people are willing to step up and suggest that something is impossible. If we can travel slower than or we can comprehend traveling "at" the speed of light, why can't we accept that it may be possible to travel in excess of the speed of light Oh yeah, right! - because of the laws of physics!..... but we created the damn law only based on what we can comprehend! I suggest nothing is impossible, it is simply that our delicate human brains can't comprehend anything that we don't understand. wHIZz PS: I remember years ago, someone came up with this wacky idea that you could place a whole load of 1's and 0's onto a plastic disc and when you put it into a special machine, you would hear music!
  19. Well done Wales.... ...just go easy on us on Saturday eh! wHIZz

  21. Wireless is the way to go - but if he doesn't want to do that, or the house isn't suitable he could go network through power sockets using something like this: http://www.devolo.co.uk/uk_EN/produkte/dLAN/dlan200avsk.html wHIZz
  22. I quite fancied Transformers is it bad or just difficult? - pity really cos I've got all four of those games but I suspect they won't work on your Wii wHIZz
  23. I've only just realised we're talking about PC software here.... initially I thought the thread was some sort of car diagnostics software query As for system mechanic, never really found the need to use these types of packages really, and I were going to so I would certainly look at he open souce stuff first before buying a COTS product. wHIZz
  24. Not really into footy, but thought I should choose one of the Scottish teams! wHIZz
