Sorry dude, thought you're on a wind up as some of these threads tend to go lol, yes you are quite right good food is a must ! chicken,fish etc. but extra protein like in shakes is an extra bonus, especially in my job driving all day easier to drink a shake than eat 8 small meals a day ! plus the creatine to help developement when training !

you know wot i mean, to enhance any training think protein and creatine are a major factor on any physical developement perhaps i didn't word the opening thread properly ?

To those in the know regarding weight training / Body Building Thinking of doing a bit of weight training again , ready for the hols. done a bit in the past but am prone to hernia's so gorra take it easy as they've come back again third time lucky NOT . Looking at a supplement just to train, Protein with as little carbs as poss. plus creatine , read good reports on celltech and nitrotech combo ? any comments Cheers

I must disagree there ! I had one for 6mth's has a friend couldn't handle it, ate her house absolute nightmare he was !( had to relocate him as he didn't get on with my dog , very sad, stunning dog ) end of the day they are a wild dog , very domineering to be Alpha dog and very tempramental/strong willed and a mind of their own, not good around other dogs aswell obviously the way you bring it up / train as a pup as something to do with that aswell !

My mate has a black lab. 3yr old now , has a head like an horse absolute stunning dog ! put him in cruffts and he'd win lol, body rippling with muscles etc. most placid dog i've met, great with everyone, to look at you'd think twice tho . would recomend beside my dog !

Depending on wot dog you want a guard dog, working dog or utility etc. Seems like you want a largeish dog ! I've had a few dogs , but the one i have now is the most intelligent ! loves children and a constant bundle of energy and needs exercise as it's a working dog a 'Bearded collie' , so friendly and obedient . but a medium size dog. Done my checks before i got one , Good life expectancy 14-15 yrs and hardy dog, of course gorra check out the old hip score scenario !! plus one of brightest and trainable dogs around .

i know ! thats wot i thought, got 235/40/18's on the front, and 265/45/18's on the rears i think the 40 on fronts and 45 on rear where the size in question !

Well today the day Mot time ! think there are a few issues and i may struggle to pass this time, as i know the brakes may need new pads etc. tyres may be on border line etc. and wotever else crops up put it in 10:00am this morning at my local garage, which is 500yrds from my home, so just left it with them and prayed just had a phone call to pick car up, as they are a bunch of wind up merchants down there, (good family run garage father and two sons) they piled it on, knowing i've not been too well lately with the dreaded lurgy (3 days in bed, absolutely cream crackerd ) failed on this, failed on that , i was like frigging heck wot a shit week, but they began to laugh, (thank god) Picked the car up , 4 advisories : minor oil leak ? different tyre ratios from front tyres to rear tyres slight damage to outer wall on drivers o/s front tyre noisy exhaust 7.1 dcb well i can put up with that , all in all better than i thought ! av to sort out a few minor probs. so another pass 5 in a row ! happy days
