  5. i forgot about the compression difference this is from a thicker HG and lower comp. pistons right? i suppose why i ask is that im planning on going na-t down the line and just wondered how much worse the ge is compared to the gte. recently i been getting the impression that the ge is a pos in comparison thanks
  6. just wondered how a ge motor would be up against a gte without the turbos? i.e. would the gte make more power even without boost?
  7. does anyone have the part number for the mounting blocks?? cheers
  8. the brown/white wire pulls to ground when the alarm is activated. use this with a SPCO relay and that should do the job
  9. for a complete flush i'd def have 2L to hand but you'd prob only use just over 1L
  10. start at the near side rear, then off side rear, then near side front & off side front. also dont let the reservoir go below the lower limit
  11. thats right mate. hows it going? have you had that rear bumper sorted yet?
  12. i've seen a few about swindon. theres this silver one around the way with gold bbs rims, also a gun metal one up old town. i also seen a white and a black one both with kits + a few more
  13. no they're not the same. I think the n/a's lower runners are different
  14. thats true for a stock setup, but if your na-t i think these are bigger and flow better?? (though maybe im spending too much time over on the na-t forum )
  15. yeh definitely had to give a good press but it seem to do the job i think im just used to the sharp bite i get from the brakes on my civic lol keep us updated anyway
  16. here you go think its going to be available polished as well (blue looks a bit dodge lol)
  17. im not a tech wizard but what you're sayin makes sense. ive been holding out for this one for a while, should be done soon: http://www.clubna-t.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3097&highlight=intake this one doesnt need the battery to be relocated, just the power steering reservoir
  18. just a quick update: slammed the brakes in the wet and the abs came alive
  19. are they UK or j-spec? sounds like you need to refurb the caliper. you might as well get a refurb kit from toyota, straight forward to do yourself, should only take a few hours.
  20. did this ever get sorted?? i just noticed mine doing the exact same thing
  21. lol fair point i dont think i'll bother with it then. just wanted to find out other thoughts on it. thanks
  22. zx1; supposed to minimize engine wear etc etc http://www.team-zx1.co.uk/ used it in the civic and it runs perfectly with 105,000M on the clock, but not sure if i want to put it in the supra. just wondered if any of you lot use it
