  1. PM'd re: 90 degree 3" intake elbow hard pipe.
  2. Check out your local estate agents, short list what you consider to be the best three and get them round and basically "interview" them. Choose the one that you feel will do the best job for you. Make sure you make it clear what you expect from them, ie: frequent updates, feedback from viewings etc. In order for a good estate agent to sell your house to the best of their ability you need to make sure you have done everything possible to make your house saleable......and a good estate agent will advise you on these points. Good luck
  3. Is the head good on the UK TT, if so what price? TIA
  4. If Chris can't figure away round this , no one can;)
  5. Sounds good, so it would fit into a Ford KA with the rear seats down then? Would you be ok for a Saturday pick up in the light of a winning bid?
  6. Could this be transported in it's full recline position, if so what are the measurements of it's fully relined height and length?
  7. Have a look here: http://www.fordmondeoownersclub.co.uk/ Insurance isn't the cheapest, the earlier models did leak through the rear light clusters. Loads of abused ST24's around so buy with caution, sevice history is recommended. I've had two V6 Mondeo's, an M Reg and a V reg, both great cars but the V Reg was much improved, I'd go for a later model, well worth the bit extra IMHO.
  8. No, the ST24 has approx 170 bhp, ST200 derives it's name from the fact it has 200bhp. The ST200 is slightly newer and therefore has a few tweeks in the looks dept. Both have V6 Duratec engines AFAIK. Far more ST24's on the road than ST200'S due to much longer production run.

  11. Happy Birthday fella, have a good one, I'm sure your good lady will help nurse your poorly head in the morning:d
  12. Same to you Chris, have a good one.
  13. So pleased to hear your car has been found John, fingers crossed the damage is minimal.
  14. Can't really add anything different to what's been said already, I just hope it's back in your ownership ASAP. Chin up John.
  15. Had mine done on the NHS with no anaesthetic, not pleasant but more uncomfortable than painful, NHS were ok, nice cup of tea from a tasty nurse and I was on my way after a short stay in recovery. Bupa will pamper you a bit more. You'll be fine, good luck.
  16. Thanks everyone, received my transformer, extension cable and plug from Tooled Up as per Rays link, followed the wiring/fitting as per detailing world link, PC is now up and running..............just need to use it now;)
  17. Just ordered all three items as per Ray's post. Thanks for all your help guys, much appreciated.
  18. Thanks Ray, think I'll order the same in a mo:thumbs:
  19. Wow, thanks guys, just the sort of information I was looking for. This is the transformer I'm considering, could someone confirm that it's suitable for this purpose, it states 3.3kva which my limited understanding is more than fit for purpose? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=003&item=130033216628&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1
  20. Thanks Col, I'll await your pic:thumbs:
  21. Cheers fella, that would be great. I take it from your reply that I can do this then?
  22. I have an American Porter Cable polisher fitted with a two pin plug. For this I need to buy a 240v to 110v transformer with a rating of at least 1kva. My question is this, I would like a robust trade type tranformer, like the yellow ones which you see on most building sites, but they are fitted with three pin rounded plugs, as my polisher has only two wires is it possible to safely wire this to the three pin round type plug that the yellow transformers use? If so, what colour wire goes where?
