    Android Boxs

A bit off-topic but might be of interest; Despite paying for a premium streaming account, I didn't find the whole 'Kodi box' lived up to expectations. It would often take a few attempts to find a working stream, and it was annoying knowing that the shows were often on newsgroups in better quality (1080p 5.1) than available from the streams. After using Exodus for a few weeks, I moved to Sonarr, which does automated downloads of TV Shows from newsgroups or torrents, a few months ago. Works flawlessly. Obviously there are limitations, it doesn't do live TV, or Movies. Was a no brainer for me, as I already had a newsgroup account. I'd have done it sooner, but I didnt believe how accurately / well automated downloads would work. Its free, just pay for the newsgroup subscription at ~£5 a month. The only other downside is that it does require a computer do be on 24/7 to monitor for the available downloads. Again, I already had my 'Media PC', doing this, So no change for me. Edit to add - I just use 'manual' newsgroups (same account) for Movies.
  5. The only presenter from the new line up that I could stand was Chris Harris. Fortunately he had all the best cars to cane. I fast forwarded everything else. Was not interested in all the crap guests / studio bits / etc at all.
  6. I wasnt keen on the second one, but the third (latest) is good. Also not a fan of CE.
  7. Just watched the latest top gear and extra gear. Was some really great features on it this week. Loved Harris in the Ferrari and Ken Block in London.
  8. Yeah I read lots of very positive reviews, not got around to watching it yet though.
  9. Thats not an apology, what an absolute cock.
  10. Thats a brilliant observation! Its just like that

  13. My main aversion to Specto comes from this thread https://forums.tvaddons.ag/lambda-s-xbmc-addons/40524-specto-fork-genesis.html Edit - And the lack of support from the tvaddons community, which is where I am doing a lot reading, while getting to grips with this
  14. Nice - done it with Aeon MQ 6 Skin.
  15. Exodus is a bit flaky for me at the moment, most of the movie options are not going anywhere. Anyway, Exodus is missing some functionality that I wanted - which seems to be only available using library integration. So, I thought I'd try Salts + Library integration (thanks Scott) - working a treat so far. EDIT - Also using Trakt to keep track of everything. That works brilliantly too. And can be maintained from the website. Which is handy in the initial setup. EDIT 2 - I am currently looking to see if there is a way to get 'my next episodes' (from salt/trakt) onto the home screen.
  16. I want to stick with Exodus for the moment as it seems to be the big thing right now. The Trakt integration is sort of working, but it seems a bit slow to update, not sure if its me or them. Thanks for all your help though
