I thought the broadband speed we received was based on our distance from the exchange and the copper wire that connects us. As neither of these are going to change (I assume), will I still get faster broadband? I have been on ~3 meg for a few years now, and its not like I am in the sticks!

Are you able to test the PSU with a multimeter? I've never done it, but I guess it must be possible.

The 7th Gen 140 pre-facelift oil consumption issue is very well known. There was a recall for it. Though it "apparently" doesn't affect all cars. Always a good idea to do some research when spending thousands of pounds I got a gen 6, because they are better built

This is very true. I remember someone on here fitted a GT wing to a stock bodied car and it looked absolutely rediculous. Can only be pulled off alongside pretty outrageous styling. Personally I am a big "stock is best" fan these days.

Traceable history and lower insurance. Plus a few extra things as standard like the bigger brakes, leather seats etc. I think its the (sometimes substantially) lower insurance though, really.

The middle part of that picture (the white block) shows what each wire of the ISO plug is. Is that what you mean? You shouldn't need to know though, thats the whole point in the ISO, you just buy an ISO harness adapter for the particular car and then you can fit any stereo with an ISO connector. No need to bodge around making individual connections yourself. Whats the actual aim/problem?

True, I had not seen it before either. It's v nasty! I am amazed its genuine. I am personally still undecided about whether I prefer the look of the Murcielago or the Diablo. The Murc is just a little bit too sterile imo. The Reventon was a bit ugly I thought.

And according to Wikipedia... It has yet to be produced with rumors suggesting first production will be in March 2008[2], but has not yet come to production due to a lack of customer orders. Though it does look genuine and is f***ing foul lol

You realise you cant put a plate on a car that's older than the registration? So those 2 plates could only go on T or S reg (or newer) respectively.

A nice newish merc or bimmer? I would go for an SL but it sounds like convertibles are out, so maybe a CLK. BMW wise, a 6 series or 3 series coupe? Or just about any bmw really. I reckon there are loads of options from both Mercedes and BMW.
