Im the one who crashed the car due to pulley coming off the pulley new from toyota is nearly £200 an i got the bolt for around £7 from my local car spares an the belt from toyota is £47 and from my local car spares £12 so big difference in prices dependin on where u go

My tt water looks like mud iv flushed water system four times an still comes back a week later. I heard that there is a drain somewhere on the engine to drain block where is this. Does anyone know the best way to flush this cause my matrix is suffering.

After my bottom pulley came off an sent me into the lamp post iv got the rest of the bottom pulley off an i thought that the timing belt might aswell be replaced but i dont know the marks for the timing. I have a 93 tt really need help on this one and any advice to go with it would be great like what to watch out for.

So it did do this before the head gasket was replaced an now all this works been done its still doing it is this correct or are these new problems

Not very likely were getting somewhere here water pump? U need to get a compression test done on each cylinder to see if head gasket.

The rad cap would only need replacing if it wasnt holdin the pressure this is not the case then so cap is fine. U can get the rad itself flow checked to see if its blocked because this will cause the same problem as your havin. Because the top hose is getting hard its not your thermostat so rule that out.

U need to find out if they are sure that EXHAUST gasses are getting into system there are tests they can do, cause if they are its a head thing or gasket not fitted right.

Right pressurising the system i take it u mean it gets hot an spits out the water this can be for a few reasons. The first is the water pump not working properly. The thermostat not opening all the way. The water system got airlocks in it can do it. The fan not kicking in. The rad cap not holding up to the pressure.

If you mean me iv got FOX RS5 They have a mean deep dish on them the dish is chrome with silver wheel they look the nutz

Iv got 255-35-19 on the back of mine and im gona try get 265 on but i dont think they would fit its gona be close and iv got standard jspeck suspension but 255 is not wide enough really in the dry when the second turbo kicks in it losses traction in a straight line. My back rims are 9.5 wide JUST THOUGHT ID LET U KNOW

Yes my pulley came off the other day sending me into a lamp post because of lack of power steering when i put it on here people were writing that they had squeeky belts noise an they realised that there pulley was coming off too. So when i read that u was looking for pulley on here cause u had heard this problem it was possibly cause someone read my thread an it started like that.

After finding a lamp post i have got the mechanical side of things sorted but now need a front bumper that can take an IC behind it so a big mouth one would be good as long as its in good condition. The side skirts are not an issue which ones as long as they are in good condition. THANKS NUTKIN

But can i seperate the rack i know with some cars u can or is it one part an have to change the whole thing

Not sure if i need the whole rack or if the arms can be seperated from the rack. I have bent the arm an the track rod end can theses be replaced seperatly or is it the whole steering rack that i need. Please can someone advise me how much for a rack or seperate parts would be. Thanks NUTKIN

Just got back on the low loader my 93 tt j speck is now mashed up the bottom pulley sheared off an left me with no power steering whilst showin off an sent me spinning off into a lamp post. Iv smashed the wing an the bumper an the bonnet. I had a look under the car an iv bent the steering rack. Does anyone no if the seering rack arm can be replaced im not talkin about the track rod end its the bit that this screws on to or is it the whole rack that needs to be replaced. Is this bottom pulley a common problem or is my car special. The bottom pulley is actually two parts the middle bit an the outer with a rubber bit between these. My outer and inner parts have seperated.

How much for the FCD and the BOV just thinking of modding mine now an thought id start here thanks

I quite often go out for a spin just for the love of driving. I do use my supra daily but work less than a mile away from home. To my amazement in my last car I clocked up 30,000miles in a year without actually realising and this wasn't the only car I was using.
