If it is 200 pounds just for flight, It would be prolly cheaper to use Norwegian Airlines (http://www.norwegian.no) - they do cheap flights from Birmingham to Warsaw. As you are well behaved person, you should have no problem to move around. Most of Poles speak at least some english and they will be able to point you in good direction.
