Forging NA engine would be waste of money, unless you want to go for some big power. You also forgot about cost of DECENT turbo kit, intercooler, at least some piggyback ECU + rolling road/mapping sessions, then labour on top. I can guarantee you that TT conversion will be cheaper. Have a chat with member Keron here, he have done lots of NA/TT conversions and usually got engine on stock.

This bodykit (Bomex) doesn't look bad at all mate, if you want turbo on your Supra just put TT engine in and make BPU on it, it will take you to 380 bhp and it will be already fun to ride TT engine is straight swap and takes no more than 2 days, I managed to do one in 1 day

Flashing OD light usually means dodgy converter, but it should not really affect start or idling. Might be also speed sensor. If there is no engine light on, I would start from fuel, might be some dirt clogging filter and then falls off when car cuts out.

I would check fuel filter when you are at it and small filter on fuel pump.

Make sure grey and orange connector is connected to proper plug on body side of the loom and locked tight. ECU does not need to be screwed back to work (tested many times ).

Ok, speed problem was simply needle out of correct postion, pulled it out and put it back when doing 60mph according to GPS speedo and all is fine now + - 1mph. OD Off light still flashing tho...

So here it is a bit unusual I own facelift Supra and I've done 1JZ conversion to it. After some time I discovered that speedo is not showing proper speed and I get odo light flashing. I assumed that it is dodgy converter, so got another another, replaced it and... speedo still showing wrong speed. Now - there is no odo wire in facelift wiring loom behind dash as odo is mechanical. Should I still extend 1jz ECU odo wire to in signal and it will solve problem or you think it is something else?

I guess subframe bolts need to be set to proper torque or one of the rubbers need changing

You can very decent 1302/3 for low money and they are (in my personal opinion and I owned both types!) way better drive because of proper suspensions and few other things like disc brakes etc. Look for one after refurb or maybe project with bodywork done (mainly heater channels, floors, front quarters). Engine modifications are cheap and if it there is slight crank movemment it doesn't mean it will fall to pieces straight away (altough try to find one without). I had 1600cc and 1200cc and difference is not massive - 1200cc are sold for peanuts ans everyone looking for more "power" I've done electronic ignition, refurbed carburetor, changed oil sump cover, valve covers and few more bits and bobs - all in decent prices http://www.veewee.co.uk Make sure your mum will like driving them - thry might be quite difficult in a morning or on hot start, also there is no power steering and demister is kinda dependant to speed your drive it

Somehow i doubt DeWalt will really have 950NM torque. As far as impact wrench goes, SnapOn is probably the best choice altough it is also more expensive. Makita supposed to be good quality, if you are choosing between DeWalt and Makita, go for DTW450Z. Forgot to add - it is always compromise between power and size, so try to balance it, otherwise you might end up with massive wrench you can only use for wheels as it won't fit anywhere else

Next year private company might take over Zone control and free roam option might be very very limited. If you planning to go I would advice to do it now.

Hello folks, it is this time of a year, when I'm looking for people interested in going to Chernobyl and Exclusion Zone We already have 20 people on the list and still looking for up to 10 people. Dates are 19-25 October, we are spending 4 days in Zone , 2 full days in Pripyat, 1 in surrounding area and 1 in reactor control room and Dome building site - after that 1 day in Kiev (fancy hotel in town centre). All attractions are added to program list and we can simply cherry pick what we want to see (Yanov train station, Duga 3 radar site, scrapyard, holiday camp and more). Cost wise it will not exceed 430 pounds, but you need to sort flight on your own - we are meeting at 6pm at Kiev Borispol airport and go from there. Not on Phantoms tho - look at this like that - Phantoms are Macbooks of quadcopter world - nice package all in, good quality, but not good enough to use in pro world You need to fork 3k+ for good setup with proper camera. If you are into filming, it usually takes 2 people to run the show - one flies, another shoots.

But why would Government take any responsibility for ANYTHING. They are working for mere 60k/month wages + benefits, you can't expect them poor lot to commit themself THAT much. It's so easy to promise moon on the stick to great unwashed so they vote for you and then borrow till cows go home, splash it on everyone (including yourself) and wave goodbye after 5 years leaving next team with all mess and more borrowing. If you would do it the way government is, you would be locked in jail and all your properties would be auctioned to pay off debt.
