Talk to proffesional detailers. You would be suprised, how much can be removed without messing too much with original paint. First of all, what type of paint is spilled all over a car?

As Kranz said, there is few speedo converters on the market, easy to install, Thor one suppose to be accurate, but others can be good too. My ss dials are showing up to 180 mph, even without speedo conversion you still can use them, speedo dial will just show in km/h There is no implication on gearing, speedo converter just converts speed signal to "slow down" speedo dial - gearbox still knows, how fast is car going

There is also one small connector in drivers side door. Take off door cover, and connector will be at your right. It is small white thing with 3 cables going through. Try to clean this and reconnect. It seems to be quite common problem, as search gave me few links to older topics.

I'm not sure if UK manual are same like J-Spec manual Michel. Could you confirm if anything is missing on my dials or set up is different? Ps. my camera gone stupid with those mirrors, couldn't decide if she can focus on speedo numbers or on curtains reflecting at dials

You do realise that Poland is EU country from 4 years and also member of Schegen zone?

It's not true. Limit is 200 cigarettes or 1 kg of tobacco. In practice you can bring like 4 10-packs (800 cigarettes) to airport and noone will say anything. If you want to bring more, customs can start moaning. Easiest way would be to transfer them in car as noone is really checking you. If I would still smoke, I would go for tobacco tho as you can buy 50g pack of good dutch dark tobacco in Poland for around 2,5 pounds.
