This one can be connected to break pads. Check if noone of them got seized. Suppose to be stronger around wheels. Also it can be slipping clutch - I got this terrible smell when my clutch was almost gone. Edit: after rethinking this, I'm actually 80% sure it's burned clutch.

With HID's on dipped beam you do not need fog lights. I put those LED fog lights in mine just to mach colour of HID's. PS. Sidelights are 6-led ones. -

Do not wash your car just yet. Paint is too fresh. Perfectly you should give it a full month to cure before touching it with sponge and chemicals.

Headlights on picture are facelift, not UK lights.
