I would swap clutch too. Clutch pressure plate in 6speed NA is smaller and it's not pressing clutch strong enough, so it will end up slipping and overheating gearbox.

I found that sometimes even 2 men method is not sucessful if you will have stubborn air lock. Best way was to connect this bottle set to compressor and give it good pressure to make sure all airlocks are cleared.
