  1. Also forgot to mention - brushes/bearing in alternator been changed, contacts in starter been changed too and there is new thermostat installed there
  2. Sorry for a mess in a garage, I'm in a middle of 2 projects so space is limited https://drive.google.com/open?id=1DQrGaUWs4-wPrin0v2eq5MKE3mSL42xm https://drive.google.com/open?id=1LCsLOtS6M0dAP3uv1PqLjOGc5exsFRA- https://drive.google.com/open?id=1IFtYpj8N-iM6I1RtikPPAFMVhS5x5PEM https://drive.google.com/open?id=1sec0okpbIlMFlyoYLZyyo5WvVzu9SRsX
  3. I've got 1996 1UZ-FE engine and gearbox for sale, it was originally in Toyota Supra mkIV. ECU is no immobilizer one, mileage on this one is around 102k miles. It will come with almost everything to put it straight into Supra (except engine mounts and oil pan as I used them to my other project and I will give original 1UZ mounts and front oil pan with this lot). I will also add modified front part of propshaft, so no need to cut to measure, just connect it with original rear part of prop on Supra. Engine will also come with harness, so it will be more or less plug and play between engine and internal Supra loom. Timing belt, water pump, oil strainer have been done one year and 2000 miles ago. Starts and runs like it should be It's also decatted (first cats are replaced with decat pipes) and EGR is blanked off. Aircon pump is removed, but I will add it in sale. Pricewise I would like to get around 700 pounds for a lot.
  4. If you've seen violent explosion of LPG converted car it means someone screwed up installation. If it is done right, release valve will burn all the gas without anything close to explosion.
  5. I'll be there too, Al do I buy ticket from club page or through JAE site mate? Also, might not be able to bring Supra as it's still in pieces, will come in either Suzuki or Mitsubishi ASX
  6. Still looking if anyone got some. I do not care about state of rubbers or balljoints
  7. No problem, give me a shout when you ready, James got my phone number
  8. Mainly rear and front top/bottom arms, need them for a project, balljoints might be completely gone as long as arms are straight
  9. I used to have Toyota Aristo with LPG installed, it was BRC kit with valve lubrication system. I used it daily and done 2 trips to Poland (2000 miles both ways). It is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper and if you are using your Supra as a daily run it will pay off after max 2 years and after that you only save money. It was running like a dream, never missied a bit, I was only switching it to petrol for spirited runs
  10. Keep it, my son been taken from hospital after birth in my aerotop, never had any problems with fitting him in a car It was over 7 years ago, Supra still drives fine with occasional service and my son would probably murder me if I would ever sell her
  11. It is pinhole usually, had same problem, had to look for good used one to replace this one.
  12. Just get new regulator and change it yourself...
  13. What about children? If I want to take my 7y old do I pay full price for him? Edit: Just went throught japfest page, it's free for 2 kids if they are 14 or younger
  14. Yes i did, it is very decent altough you might get a bit of locomotion sickness when cornering
  15. Oil leak is most likely from power steering if tank/pump is above alternator. If alternator is not charging at the moment, only part you need to buy is regulator and then either fit it yourself or ask any alternator/starter place to fit and test it. Regulator can be bought for around 15 pounds as Toyota is using same stuff for MR2, Celica, Supra and many more. Just make sure your plug fits. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/09G191-ALTERNATOR-Regulator-Toyota-Land-Cruiser-3-0-4-2-TD-D-4-5-Supra-3-0-i/253149827220?hash=item3af0e7d094:g:mIIAAOSwMNxXZAdy
  16. user toyotaparts4u at ebay.com comes even cheaper than amayama. I compared aerotop roof kit from both and ebay was around 75$ cheaper for kit (excluding shipment and import tax)
  17. Am I the only one disapointed with GT Sport and no sign of Supra mk4? Even Toyota museum history does not mention mk4 for some reason?
  18. Passenger side in a corner behind carpet - orange and grey plug, grey plug can be put in 2 sockets on the left, make sure it sits in good one.. Orange and grey belongs to engine loom.
  19. Make sure grey plug from engine harness is connected to right socket. There are 2 sockets there and you or whoever put new engine in might plug grey plug in wrong place.
  20. I had all types (auto, 5 speed, 6 speed) and my choice is auto - very comfy in city traffic, yet auto box is very responsive and strong, gear change is superb, could not wish for better box
  21. AFAIK Wilbo is pointing out what wire goes where, it does work for both manual and auto. As Mike said, auto will be marked and mentioned in info box
  22. You mean exhaust temperature sensor? Just tie it somewhere so it won't knock underneath and forget about it. Light won't come on if it is removed.
