  2. I will just add that Norton, which you will have with bt connection is not really free... Just 1 year subscription in best case will be free - after a year you will have to spend around 25-30 pounds to renew licence. If you want to know my opinion - best firewall is always physical router - you can get ADSL one (which will be fine for BT connection) for around 45 pounds: http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/116446 I'm using 3Com routers from around 2 years - had one also in my cyber cafe back in Poland - they are working perfectly and you can split your connection between 2 or more computers - wired or wireless connection. To wireless one you will obviously need wireless card and little knowledge about configuring 3Com to work with cards - manual is clear enough to get through. About antyvirus: There is no such thing as perfect software antyvirus - but technicians knows something, what is really close to be perfect *grins* It is recovery card. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HARD-DRIVE-DATA-RECOVERY-RESTORE-CARD_W0QQitemZ110052137898QQihZ001QQcategoryZ16178QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem First you split HDD to at least 2 partitons using partiton magic or other program to do so. Then you installing clean system and all programs you really need (Office etc.) Then you install software to this recovery card, put it onto you PCI slot, set card to protect disc C (where your system and improtant software are installed) and then you can do whatever you wish - visit porn site, download viruses, delete system folders, mess around in all windows till computer will crash completely. After releasing all steam and hate towards Microsoft you just simply reset your computer and everything is like it was at time, when you put your C partiton to secured mode. Sounds nice? Works even better - my friend using this from 2 years - he just update system from time to time (yes you can remove security temporary). I used it in my cyber also - never had to reinstall system on any computer. It is resistant to any kind of software, only way to kill this card is prolly to burn it using electricity or fire Total cost? 45 pounds for router (multiply connections, no need to connect using some crap BT software cuz router is 24/7 on anyway and autoreconecting in case of trouble - also working as a firewall) and 12 pounds for recovery card (best antyvirus you can get). Enjoy PS. Gee, I know crap about Supras, but i love computer topics
  3. I also apologize for my reaction. I promise it will not repeat in a future
  4. It is not that - I found it really amusing, that Dave trying to show his maturity by pointing out school kids and Phoenix who deliberatly (spelling?) twisting my words, when both of them knew, what I was asking about. Phoenix even continue this mentioning HKS SSQV in golf (he prolly was thinking about 1 litre diesel version). Yes i know how to use google... @Davo Actually, we suppose to LIKE each other nowdays (as Poland supports Ukraine in NATO and EU candidature and supported in Orange Revolution). What a times BUT - Peace guys - I will spend some time reading things about Supras and expanding my English dictionary, so next time I will ask about something I will make myself more clear to avoid confusion and flaming. We just messed guys topic and I'm part of it (hate it tho, used to be moderator at few forums). So: Manual or Auto? Guy want to spend some money!
  5. I didn't say I want to put this into Supra, I was just asking if it was possible. I can tell you even why - nowdays I've seen many really crap cars around making strange whistle - I was wondering, what they putting into their car to "simulate" turbo - you gave me answer. If I will want to hear this sound tho in my car - I will buy TT.
  6. It is sad, that you try to make me look stupid, when I was actually asking about sound from begining. Yes I was reading about BOV using link to technician forum, yes i know, how it works, no - i do not want to put damn BOV to N/A car, yes I want to ask about sound made by releasing air. You knew exactly, that I was asking about sound, as you gave me direct link to device, which was making effect I asked about. Do I made myself clear now? @Davo To be grown up you do not have to play or be "pro". If you do not like newbie questions, do not look here any time of week, cuz I finish uni long time ago and have mon-fri time to write something here anyway. Besides - I thought that this subforum is to ask about any stupid thing i wish without seting newbies to "wanna be funny" pro's sarcasm?
  7. Hey, I underlined, that I'm newbie if it comes about Supras, but i had occasion to drive quite a FEW cars with autoboxes and manual one and still I think that manual is better (I feel more control with sporty car) then autobox. If it comes about "various parts of car" my problem is to translate it to polish term, not to understand what they doing - my question actually should be: "If i can get same sound effect on N/A car, which turbo car get with BOV" - is it now more clear? Because you seems to know exactly, what I was asking about... Edited: Now it should be clear...
  8. Uhh true about this 11k - no idea what from i took it... So BOV is only option for Turbo Supras?[sAD][/sAD]
  9. Don't belive them! They are biased, because they have to deal with Auto gearbox everyday and getting more and more mad, that they didn't invest in manual hehehe. So they will always opt to what they using to convince themself, that they made good deal
  10. Erm, maybe i'm newbie if it comes about Supras, but who on earth would like to spend 11k on automatic gearbox in superb twin turbo kickass car? Go for 6 gear manual dude! And another question: This beautifull sound of released air made by BOV is only option for turbo cars? Or N/A somehow can get one too? If yes - how?

    Undelete Programs

yes, one i gave you link to instalation file - should recover most of lost data. If you want to recover already installed programs tho it can be a little problem, because not too many of them (if any) recovering reg. I mean he will recover installed program, but program will not work (all files should be saved anyway). And tip for future - always make 2 partitions on HDD - one with system and all programs and second one for games, files and of course PORN! http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=5430343841227974645&q=internet+is+for+porn

    Undelete Programs

Yes, GetDataBack is abviously best one, used this to recover photos and other stuff for clients (I'm computer technician). If you have possibility - use it on additional HDD with fresh system. If you lost some files - do not copy on this disc anything, cuz you can overwrite data, which was there previously (deleted do not mean really deleted, it is just unmarked unless you put new stuff on same clusters). Or, you can use this: http://www.konio.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/handyrecovery.zip Simple and easy to use. Program and some ...khem... helpfull little file inside zip
  13. Going to work in next 1 hour doh. Fortunatelly, I have just 6 hours shift today (driving buses), so I even had no chance to have a proper drink yesterday
  14. Naa, there is nothing wrong with your information hehe and yes - no silver colour, 5 manual, N/A, that's what i would like to have. I'm generally asking about this company because I've got some pics of car in Japan - it is very nice looking car, but it is said, he have perfect condition mark, full history and at the same time it is kinda hummm cheap. Also it is car from domestic user, so no auction sheet with information, just jap agent word. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/mrjaywilliams/album?.dir=/9f74re2&.src=ph What you think about it?
  15. Yes, that's my small budget So, anyone?
  16. Hello, I'm new here and recently looking for nice Supra. I would like to know, if anyone of you ever had contact with guys from this company: http://www.japanmotors.co.uk Japan Motors LTD Reg No.04787621 If yes - what was their service, are they reliable? I'm still waiting for answers from import guys from here (waving to CJ and Jurgen), but it is always good to have a look everywhere

    Greetings :)

If anyone living near Torbay (Devon) - I would like this person to contact me please, I need a very big favour, for you it will be just piece of cake. PM me please...
  18. Oh well seems it is time to say hello to all Supra maniacs. Actually, I do not have Supra yet, I have some cash and time tho, so hopefully in a next few days I will be full and proper Supra mkIV owner . Probably I'm the only Polish person here, so at least you will have member who can speak kinda hard and original language if needed haha I have to admit, that my first sporty car Honda Prelude 2.2 (190 bhp) infected me with love to speed, now I will just go up and up until I will get to proper age (70 years old) and then I will fund myself some comfortable Volvo or something - now it is show time! Cya then till first photos of my future babe
