Either it is something wrong with your eyes or your lights do not get full power from alternator (battery). Usually even standart one are pretty bright, I would check electric connections in your car and what voltage you get to your headlights.

If you have missus in Bahrain and this is only thing you want to phone there, you do not need to buy number for her, just call her for free (Skype to Skype connection is free). In UK - if one of your phones is your bussiness phone - it is worth to buy number, so people will call on this one for local charge. If you just need to communicate between those 3 uk numbers and 1 in Bahrain - it should be free of charge in Skype anyway And yea, you do not need phone if you have computer, just microphone and speakers or mic and headphones And installed Skype client

It depends if his router letting in only TRUSTED stations. If it is doing this, you have to add XBox MAC adress to trusted stations list. If not, you should get IP automaticly because router is using DHCP server, which is giving IP to all computers around

You just buy number in Bahrain and 3 numbers in UK, Skype can arrange this for you. You have to pay year subscription, i'm not sure how much is it. If you put 10 pounds on your Skype account, you have a free call everywhere in UK. If you use number from Bahrain - you get calls in Bahrain for local charge, which is I belive less than 1 eurocent? Also people calling from Bahrain on your Bahrain number paying local rate. Quality of Skype is USUALLY good, but at time of high net traffic it can be pain on ass

Just get this TomTom you shown at first link - it will be enough for your needs, other solutions here with mobiles and PDA's need more hassle and seperate bluetooth GPS usually... Personally I use Nokia N70 with "trial" tomtom5 and GPS receiver for 40 pounds (do not to see sky to navigate, you can put it anywhere).
