You have to take off needles. Use 2 small spoons to take them off as shown here: http://www.internetwork.org.uk/clocks/clocks.htm Also you have small holes to use needle stoppers from old dials - just cut plastic on rear of old dial and they fit straight to ss dials. Put drop of superglue from rear to fit them for good

I do not get it, how people with manual gearbox would loose control over their car (unless it is really diesel or other oil on road). I'm always amazed, that when there is first sign of rain, all leaving Supras in garages/driveways, do not matter if it is TT or NA (LOL) and using another car. I for instance, found out, that Supra is one of the safest cars I drove - reasonable size tires, pretty hard suspesions and very very easy to control, even when sliding. And there is my question - how many of you guys had weather training in your car? Those are powerfull cars, yes, and in unexperienced hands can be very dangerous for driver, especially backstabbing autoboxes. I have over 13 years of experience of driving in very icy conditions for over 3 months every year, last 2 years I'm driving 8-9 hours/day. I find driving Supra very safe and easy in any kind of road conditions, just use common sense... You do not really have to crawl 20 miles/hours when it is wet, just do not make any sudden turns and keep easy on corners.

If it is of any help, it is also XSPower manifold for NA-T conversion, but this one looks completely different Oh and all holes look huge , actually, they are almost of size of pipes.

I couldn't avoid few micro marks with equipment i have in my house unfortunatelly. Once you will install dials tho, you will not see them, because they have to be seen in specific angle After installation I advice to clean dials with soft cotton rag or even install those wearing cotton gloves. Reason for this is because even undetected finger prints are first place on stainless steel, where you will see dull places after some time. I belive, that once those dials are installed and cleaned you should be fine for at least couple of years, probabl;y even more. Dump air and dirt have almost no access to dials place, so they will be fine Thank you for a kind words, I put some heart into this, so each dials are made like I would prepare them for myself

Got 3M polishing pads today, remade all what was ready to dispatch, because this pad was giving effect I wanted to achieve. Today will send 2 first sets, tommorow hopefully another 4-5.

Managed to have spare 4 hours today, so I polished five sets. Tommorow should start sending them and doing at least next 5. Developed techinque of polishing them quick and efficient, so will be easier - as they say practice is making proffesionals PS. Yes i know carpet is crap, but this is rented house, so I'm not fancy to re-carpet it
