  2. Change fuel filter before trying more expensive things. It might be blocked completely.
  3. i didn't know veilside can be THAT carried away :-/
  4. Funny you said that because as far as i remember 2JZ was fine tuned in Germany Not to mention Getrag gearbox
  5. Discs are not THAT expensive but skimmig might be an option. to take them off you will need to remove caliper and caliper holder - 2 large bolts at the back of hub and all will pull out. Then just knock disc out, might need a bit of encouraging with rubber hammer :-)
  6. I run Aristo with TT VVTi engine and BRC installation. According to receipt it costed around 2,5k including valve lubrication system. It's as quick as on petrol, automatically switching to LPG when warm and cost 60p/litre at Carvers Wolverhampton It will pay back in around 15k miles (assuming you spend around 2,5k, but it can be done cheaper), after that you are saving money. Service is simple and includes changing 2 filters. Car is also quieter on LGP than on petrol for some reason

Didn't realize it is bank holiday, I'll try and come in Supra, failing that would MK2 Aristo be very wrong just to get there?
  8. Do not listen to them! I'm sure it is actually cam cover seals leak, a bit fiddly to change but doable if you are reasonable with tools and silicone
  9. I could sign up for this but 26 August is Monday, not the best day really :-(
  10. You mean screwing up fuel bolt? You have special cuts at fuel filter side (i think it is for 21 or 22mm spanner) to hold filter properly when you tightening bolt.

Did you try to clear this fault? Also, do you drive with diag tool switched on? Because it causing Acc position sensor to throw fault - probably because data flow is not fast enough. You would find same problem with Aristo withj VVTi engine
  13. Did you disconnect boost gauge from dimmer?
  14. use bigger washers? be carefull when removing nuts as those thins bolts holding heatshield are prone to snap.
  15. not sure what exactly causing this problem, but maybe try to connect boost gauge light to cigarette lighter backlight. Also make sure that hazard light plug is plugged properly and no fuse got blown. there is one box on the right side of drivers footwell and another one in the engine bay, but most body electrics is connected through footwell one.
  16. It was probably exhaust camshaft gear bolt not torqued properly, I remember reading about it some time ago.
  17. Konrad - Aristo and MK4 Supra with 1JZ conversion soon to be V8 Considering that tooquicktostop just opened pub around Warwick area, it might be good idea to pop in there
  18. I've got one you shown from same supplier in my workshop and it's fine. Only problem we had was top of hydraulic pump holder broke off and had to be rewelded after one use. Once we done it, lift was faultless till today (over 2 years of quite heavy use)
