  1. Can you tell me when you ordered the bushes from MVP?
  2. I was in the same position, for most people who have the street max, they say its a good clutch. How i made my decision though was, if you do a search no one has had problems with the centreforce clutch. The street max has caused quite a few members problems. And when I read this post by our supra guru, it made the choice easier.
  3. UPDATE: Got this email from the manufacturer. Hello, The picture of the pin qty. (3) shown in the pressure plate will not be found on your new Centerforce pressure plate. This pin is remove and not re-installed. Roger Thanks for the input lads.
  4. I got mine from the states from http://www.lightningforceperformance.com. It came in at, Centerforce Clutch Dual Friction........................................$559.00 USPS Priority..............................................................$110.00 This was a while back and the exchange rate is'nt the best at the moment, but the people on this board who have them fitted do recomend them. Little num, not to worry im sure it will be fine. But the last thing i want is to pull the car apart again. I sent an email to the centerforce tech guy, will see what he says.
  5. I noticed the cluth cover is missing a pin (3 in total). What have the members who have these fitted done? Just leave it or do i have to fit something?
  6. I think I,ve gone wrong here. Which numbers on the rod cap do i use? Theres a number on the bottom wich is part of the casting. Then theres numbers printed/stamped on either side. I guessing one sides just the assembly guide. And the other side has a number on it.
  7. I mean the con rod bearings, but every one i have spoken to refers them as big end bearings. Scooter - thats the sort of answer I'm looking for. But the holes in the crank and the piston are the same size as my original bearings.
  8. Every dimension seems good apart from the size of the hole.
  9. I noticed that the new bearings i got from mr T have different size holes in them. The new ones are about halve the size of the old ones. Its the correct part supplied by toyota, so i am unsure what to do with them. Will they be ok to fit?
  10. Found the post now, Stock front ARB - Ø30mm Stock Rear ARB - Ø19.2mm http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=159263&highlight=anti+roll+bar+size
  11. I did a search for this last week, Nic posted the anti roll bar diameters in a post i found. But i cant find it now. The front OEM bar diameter is 30mm. The rear is 19.2mm. I wasnt able to measure the bar on my car so cant confirm this.
  12. I'm gutted i couldnt come this time, because the cars off the road at the moment. I really enjoyed myself last year. But I would up for both track days.
  13. Red ,uk auto on 136K.
  14. you will have to drop the steering column. Remove the trim under the column. There is a screw one end. Then remove the pipe for the air vent. There are four black nuts holding the column up.
  15. I belive Keron can get new cores for a good price.
  16. I expect the NA autos are geared to that speed. So if you could hit the limiter in top gear you could do that speed. But in reality the engine is not powerful enough.

    3 become 4!!

I didnt think they would suit the car when you done the photoshop. But i have changed my mind now, they look nice.
  18. Did you use new flywheel bolts when putting it back together?
  19. When my bearing became warn, i was advised to replace the bearing and the wheel hub at the same time and only buy new parts.
  20. Rich8v

Replace your wheel hubs as well.
  21. Mine dosn't sit flush, and ive never thought it is right. I keep forgetting at meets to check other cars.
