Drop me a PM Chris and i will see what the guys upstairs can do - also as an update to all, Alcon did do Supra kits allied to a company called 'GREX' but no more so we will have to re-engineer them but im being told a kit including the following - 6 Piston Calipers Disc assemblies Caliper mounting brackets and bolts Brake hoses Brake fluid Brake pads Fitting instructions Is looking around the £1800 mark using my car as the donor - the only down side i see is the time frame which is likly to be 6-8 weeks lead time and a run of a minimum of 10 kits.... I have to speak to someone at the club in the first instance to see if i can arrange this for you guys so i will let you know - anyone know who i need to approach as a one off for my fellow members? Hope im not in trouble ...

Mine has done this since i had it fitted nearly 12 months ago - and is only slightly better now i have read similar things about this clutch so maybe its an inherant design issue when on Supra's

Alcon have produced a big brake kit for years - obviously they wont/ carry stock if it has not been requested for a while which in this case they have not im told - but they do produce them and very quickly but, its a non stock item and to run just 1/2 kits would not be very viable so he is sorting out a costing for a run of 5

Rob the sales guy is pulling together a price but he is telling me it will prob be have to be at least 5 kits for a run so when i get the info i will need to talk to Mawby about a group buy as a one off for you guys

Most juddering or so called 'Warping' is nearly always down to some other factor such as rust (between disk and hub), pads not bedded, wrong pads, hubs damaged etc Once any of these outside influences are employed your disk is only a small step away from being scrap!! as DTV takes over and starts a very damaging process http://www.powerbrake.co.za/downloads/tech_01_judder.pdf This is worth a look see

Just reading this over again and i think i have this same issue - i went N/A-TT swap and left my bearing in because i forgot to order one but was not informed it was shagged so maybe with the extra horses going through it maybe an upgraded one (if available - TT?) would have been a more suitable option

If i change my N/A shocks and springs to a TT set up would it ride a fair bit higher at the front?

I think lemon juice is quite common (so i read) nice smelling too

The only other thing i have noticed (if its connected) is when im on full nearside lock something bounces/bumps as i move, bit like a shagged driveshaft on a FWD car?
