thx mate will try again soon, could not access tensioner nut too well as only had short spanner, will perhaps cut belt off first next time then slip over fan and force tensioner in to complete rick

i went to change the aux belt and removed fan cowl bolts but could not take cowl out past the fan!! How do i take cowl off completely?? rick
