my own personnal thing is to stretch before & after each set with legs as mine tended to cramp, i also use creatine now and never have this prob now - hope this helps rick

I have bought 2nd hand pc and when im logged onto this site i clicked to watch summin on youtube, when it was finished i could not return to main site screen and it said it was closing down the tab i was in and shut my whole session off - every time!! it does this when im on net or e-bay... what is going on?? it has windows xp pro and all '07 software loaded, its just so annoying

Yeah its dead easy, follow instruction with adhesive primer cleaning cloths and use a hair dryer and there you have it. I had to trim very slightly the arm rest area but if your careful its fine

No way - i would of stopped, made sure you were all right, called the recovery on my breakdown service, made you a cup of tea - and then asked you to marry me Really hope your ok and car is soon on the road again
