I am thinking of getting my odo adjusted to show all my milage in miles (some mileage is km) but will my speedo still work if i remove the odo to send off?

Just been on to A-Plan and they cant beat my renewal from budget - they are over by £100+ !! Talked to sky last week and they could not beat budget either (£303 F/C + N/C/P from budget) Still think £303 is decent though

I had a nail through mine last week, near the outer wall, guy said a "Factory " repair could be carried out for £15, it has to be sent away, then good as new - had a patch fitted 1st though (im a tight b&%^ard, but was still losing pressure, so will drop it in this week and let you know if its as good as he states

Bodybuilding and weightlifting are a life style - its something that you enjoy for many years as you sculpt your body into the shape you want over that time. In my youth i squated till my legs could not move, till i was sick in the toilets after - i gave 100% each session and could never get past 11st. Now i have just turned 40, 15st 10lbs, im in the best shape of my life (after recovering from near fatal accident some years back) and can lift so much more now but without the fear of injury. I did my heaviest tricep press last week - 110kg and over 100kg bicep curl (non steroid, plenty of house work:p)- i applaud all those people who strive to better their life by wanting to be fit and healthy and as BIG as an 'effin shire horse People who knock steroids are entitled to thier oppinion and those guys and gals are entitled to take a supplement that is not illegal to own at their own risk, as do poeople who may smoke or drink etc etc Any1 needing private personnal training drop me a pm
