Police have the same people in their ranks as we have in the general population:- cowards, a**holes, thieves, w**kers, cnuts, druggies, liers, cheats etc etc
  10. I thought this Chris as i thought i had a collapsed rear bearing or something as per the "clunk" and "grate" sound on braking but he did not want to road test it!!! 'cos i had a freebie i imagine cheers
  11. He showed me play in the shafts to diff and rolled the prop shaft and it did look as though there was play - i took it in as i had a popping/clunking sound on braking (it was a free inspection) to diagnose the prob. He said the bearings were worn and needed changing or the diff uprating as now TT
  12. A mechanic at the local Toyota garage says my diff bearings are shot - my question is, now i have completed the N/A -TT conversion, should i just replace these bearings or go for TT rear diff set up and what would it entail on my N/A body??

  16. Building muscle is all about commitment, plenty of sleep, diet and goal setting Any one can gain weight but to gain muscular weight is completly different. A good protein supplement along with creatine (imo) is a good basis to start with... Having a routine which works for your body type is also vitally important, as you do not want to overtrain any muscle . A muscle only grows during deep sleep so plenty of sleep is highly reccomended along side a well balanced diet of protein, carbs and fat (depending on your body type). And most importantly - have a goal in mind of what you want to acheive and never miss a training session (unless ill) Anyone wanting any private training please feel free to contact me......
  17. This should do the trick mate - i did this last week as had code 42, works a treat
