  1. Maybe H, but the exchange rates against the yen are very high of late and if you look on any Japanese car website lately all the prices for even SZ's are high and for one of the last RZ's made in totally unmolested standard trim with low mileage and in a nice colour too. I think it would be worth that extra 9k......If I had it I would be on to Jurgen like yesterday!
  2. Chris you are the man! Will post up the answers tomorrow as I have a barbecue to organise as the weather here is still in the high 20's / lower 30's
  3. Anyone looking for a nice TRD Supra have a look at this one in white and it's a 2000 RZ too and looks like a high power boot install too! Around the 25k mark which is a bargain considering the cost of the body kit, rear spoiler and the wheels. Needs the TRD bonnet to finish it off to my mind http://www.king-buyer.co.jp/car_list/stock.php?id=7175
  4. Surfing this morning and found another extremely low mileage - just 6000kms..... Gunmetal RZ has come up for sale in Japan for GBP29k and must be one of the very last as it is listed as July 2002 which if my info is correct that's when production ended! Totally standard with OE Recaros and Carbon Fibre steering wheel looks a real peach.........now where did I leave my cheque book....... http://exchange.goo-net.com/usedcars/spread/700020170920111013002.html
  5. I just knew you would know that one Chris . How long till you get the rest? There are about 6 that a man of your calibre is bound to know
  6. Too hard then? Suppose peeps know their exteriors better than interiors?
  7. Thanks for that Scott as I missed that. To CJ so very sorry to hear about your problems and hope you get some good news soon
  8. Just went to the GW site and got this:- Garage Whifbitz [gw4074] Whifbitz Heated front windscreen, clears in around 20 seconds, fantastic mod this one, same technology as Ford uses. Requires switch and relay. Collection only. £288.00 Inc VAT So price is known and no deliveries nor fitting either !
  9. I think the first time Paul raised this was looking in the 200 pound region. Remember too that this is just the screen - no relay, switch or wiring !As to fitting not sure and glass delivery wouldn't be cheap or advised! Collection would be preferred but someone could ask Paul this
  10. So is for for painful or pleasant?( could it be dependant on whether being the giver or receiver?)
  11. Time for another picture quiz but this time a little different. Usually picture quizzes of cars usually are exterior shots so I have 30 car interiors for you to guess on.....one or two may be easy all are road cars but some are current whilst others are classics
  12. So CJ why the sacrifice of Kos for Wales????
  13. You've been here 1 month longer than me but posted 10 times as much - me thinks you have way too much time to sit in front of your computer .............................................well done anyway ..........dont think your going to make 33,333 though
  14. Getting your dash flocked will be cheaper that a recover in Alcantara or leather due to the work required with either of the others. Dude and Blue Angel both ave flocked dashes and Jurgen has a white VVTi with one fitted so have a look and see what you think. Flocking is hard wearing and a dash is not a wear area but unsure what might happen if something was accidentally dropped on it. Attached are some shots of leather, one in suede plus two of that one Jurgen has flocked and Dudes one but cant find anyone who had use Alcantara though and you really need to see one ' in the flesh 'so to speak! to decide what you want or are prepared to pay for
  15. That red one was one of Abflug's demo cars ( IIAC was a GZ) and the kit is the full Zefi:r kit with one of Abflug's headlight conversions and Curve did 2 Abflug variations one was a combination of an S900 front bumper and a Zefi:r kit (orange car)with a one-off rear bumper while the other was a full Zefi:r kit with a Veilside tailgate thrown on!(blue car)
  16. Sod them ! Some of them do have their heads up their what-sits but I only joined to see things like this and I rarely post anything on that forum. Same with the Oz forum. Costs nothing to join and easy to do so cant understand it when people say " I'm not a member " or "you have to be a member to see" etc... you wont know what your missing till you do!!
  17. Just found another amazing ground-up restoration of a 93 RSP on the US forum:blink: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?626759-The-Full-Frame-Restoration-of-my-93-RSP-rebuilt-from-the-ground-up.
  18. as a quick aside, has anyone tried the 55w over the 35w? any differences noticed?
  19. he was actually 56 Does go to show though doesn't matter how much cash you have when your number's called its time up whatever!
  20. One day a man riding a smart white BMW R65 motorbike approached a traffic junction where the lights were on red. To the amazement of passers-by and onlookers he never put either foot down to stabilize the bike on stopping and just sat for a few minutes perfectly upright until as if in slow motion the bike and rider eventually tipped over. Some passers-by ran to assist and when they got to the rider he was lying in the gutter laughing hysterically much to the bemusement to all. After a few minutes the man stopped the laughter and proclamed " yesterday I had a sidecar on this bike"
  21. No apologies needed maybe comisserations to you (or to TOH)
  22. Found this RZ-S http://exchange.goo-net.com/usedcars/spread/700050325420110908001.html with an incredible 3203 kms - thats 1990 miles recorded and for a 1997 model must have hardly ever left the warmth of its garage! But is such a low mieage good or bad for any car?
