  1. Hi how big is that under-bonnet heat tray going to be? will it just be over the engine or like those you get for Chrysler PT Cruisers that encase the whole engine?
  2. more importantly is there provision for a legal rear number plate with illumination lights?
  3. I'm sure the rear side markers are mounted in the rear quarter panel and not the bumper - not that it makes much odds . Whifbitz used to sell the front and rear clears but not sure if they still do both and not just the fronts. eBay USa usually have them but the fit and finish dont seem to be up to much - or so I have read I think Titan and The Suprastore list them, or did
  4. Why would it be criminal to drive it? would be no different to spending 100k+ on a Porsche or what ever and not even use it. This would seem to be as new a Supra as you could get and cars are meant to be driven after all are they not? To be put in a museum or unused in a private collection would be the criminal thing surely?Best colour, in the right spec and probably the lowest mileage ever ! Someone will be a very happy bunny with it - I would
  5. As I'm always searching for new pictures I recently found some new backgrounds of really nice cars and several being Supras, so being the guy I am felt it was only fair to share!:innocent:enjoy(and apologies if they have already been seen before)
  6. those seats look fantastic and the interior is going to be the same high standard as the rest of the car! well done Ibrar
  7. doesn't Ibara do WTP at his place?
  8. IIAC the wiper sweep is the other way on LHD so one from the USA would be a problem would it not?
  9. I think when medal is referred to it is more likely to be alloy or aluminium framed with a FRP skin like the TRD body kit. I have a few pics of your car nut not much info I'm afraid, feel free to ask anyway! GRP is glass reinforced plastic but probably should have said FRP which is Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic which I think could actually be the same thing
  10. these are what the chrome ones look like http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?248050-Chrome-Ring-Set-Fitted-at-last-Pics-included
  11. I remember your car when it was fresh in from Japan and it was already fitted so could be genuine especially as it is metal as most copies are CF or GRP ones
  12. Just a though - you could get Dave (the Carbon King) on here to cover yours for you
  13. Envy used to list one - but are they still trading?
  14. Andrew you can if you want - just pay them some cash
  15. I've seen the chrome ones on ebay but these are brushed which look somehow better and didn't know they gave a choice of finish
  16. all I can say is - wow such a transformation!
  17. Looks amazing and liking the red under the hood to the usual blue many go for!
  18. Jamie are you looking for the racing look or just something different? do you want to keep the electrics or not bothered?
  19. You guys are joking right? didn't the shiny surface and the typical RC course give it away? surely no one would take that as real cars it was so obvious to me as soon as I saw it!
  20. That 3.2Km RZ has been for sale quite a while as I posted that up over a month ago! Maybe cos its an auto and on 16"wheels!
  21. It seems that late and low mileage Supras are fetching high figures of late in Japan - or is it just the exchange rate of late? With the higher taxation for the 2002, if you had that much to spend would that be an issue? Makes that white TRD I found a while back good value at 25k (plus costs), taken that its a 2000 RZ version and these are both RZ-S ones !
  22. no prices as the dealers dont have shipping facilities and they are both in Japan. With both cars being face lifts if I am correct they would both have small diffs fitted as I think the bigger ones were only on the pre 96 models. Sure the 2002 would be more expensive but if future tuning was planned then the non VVTI would be more tunable and as the mileages are almost the same wear shouldn't be an issue. I would guess at maybe $10k more for the 02 one at least.
  23. Hmm so you really know about cars then? The Pontiac brand died last year and is no more and the Camaro is and always has been a Chevrolet:innocent:
