  1. Just seen it again, parked next to me at Halfrauds. I have to say I was unimpressed with how it sounded considering it's meant to be a balls out racer. I've seen quite a few interesting cars near me, a Porsche Carrera GT went past my house, quite a few Gollardos and I've even seen a Maserati MC12 at a roundabout not too far away.
  2. Forza is a bit odd in my opinion as it's not too difficult to get below 1 minute on Tsukuba even though it takes some serious effort from the real life Jap tuners however on Nurburgring in my Highly Tuned NSX with racing slicks and my driving it like I stole it as I haven't got to worry about paying for any real costs if I stack it, I can only manage to get around the 8 min mark even though various standard cars car mange this in real life. Something is amiss...
  3. Agreed, it's not jsut ice you've gotta be careful of, the roads are covered in mud, leaves, grease, grit... I went out briefly in Sup' last weekend and it wasn't a pleasant experience.
  4. On a side note, does anybody feel like having a bit of festive racing? I'm pretty ok to play anytime over the xmas, just gotta do some food shopping today and then I'll be on.
  5. I thought there was only one type of Supra?

    Big booms!

Wow, I'd love to see these things in action for real This one is a bit long but it shows the loading etc at the start
  9. Just about pulling onto my drive when I see a very low and wide Porsche coming my way. As it comes past I noticed the RS livery down the side. It looked very cool and damn wide from the back
  10. In the class specific category you can use any car tuned or untuned. Class C: Tsukuba (Full) = Cable 1:00.867 (In a Trueno) Class A: Suzuka (Full) = Class A: Nuburgring = Class S: Maple Valley (Full) = Cable 1:25.533 (NSX-R GT) Standard supra: Nuburgring = SteveR 9:00.242 (ABS)

  14. Ok, my apologies Class C: Tsukuba (Full) = Cable 1:00.867 (In a Trueno) Class A: Suzuka (Full) = Class A: Nuburgring = Class S: Maple Valley (Full) = Standard supra: Nuburgring = Cable 9:09.276 (everything off)
  15. The Nurburgring has the Standard Supra category and the Class A category.
  16. Class C: Tsukuba = Cable 1:00.867 (In a Trueno) Class A: Suzuka = Class A: Nuburgring = Class S: Maple Valley = Standard supra: Nuburgring = Cable 9:09.276 (everything off) Sorry Colsoop but could we stick to the Suzuka and Maple full please?
  17. OK I've just had a quick blast. If the times need updating copy and paste the below and update as necessary Class C: Tsukuba = Cable 1:00.837 (In a Trueno) Class A: Suzuka = Class A: Nuburgring = Class S: Maple Valley = Standard supra: Nuburgring = Colsoop 9:33.078 (ABS + TCS, manual shifts no STM)
  18. There isn't much to adjust if the car is standard and I think that it's good to try and find the fastest car for the track. Some people are good with one car maybe and not so good with another. So long as you keep it within the specified class I cannot see a problem.
  19. I think the amount of sub categories could get a bit silly like that. It would spread the competition out somewhat. I'm still adament to stick to the initial plan.
  20. I personally like the idea where you have to find a good setup and combination of parts which is just as important as driver skill. It makes you want to experiment with different cars and settings, trying to eek out another tenth of a second.
  21. Tsukuba is the the short(ish) track with a 3 hairpin bends. Ok we will start with those 3 stated above and Class S: Maple Valley, if nobody has any objections?
  22. Okay, cool. So what track and class combinations would peeps like? a few suggestions below C: Tsukuba A: Suzuka A: Nuburgring
  23. I was wondering if anybody else would fancy doing some Forza time attack challenges? The idea is pick a track and then mod/tune your car up to a certain class and then see who can get the best lap time. e.g. Tsukuba, class: C
  24. Cable

    Forza 2

lol, it was good last night apart from somebody called p1nkpanther11 who kept on deliberately ramming me. We will have to sort it for friends only next time.
  25. Just a tad! The ear ache was the worst bit tho...
