  4. i used an old supra ecu, for the socket side worked a treat.replaced now with a fields harness but can be done quite easily.
  5. Enjoy........I laughed so much reading the Q&A's.
  6. just out of curiosity has your tax changed on the supe since import? andy
  7. the rubbers should actually screw in/out
  8. i am in the same boat myself, i have some very good non facelift spats, cant yet decide to cut them or not.....
  9. "Blown off intercooler pipes, while quite common on Supras running above stock boost, do not cause the engine to not be able to rev above 2000rpm. I've blown IC hoses several times and managed to drive home on the motorway just fine. (Not a great idea though as the engine is ingesting unfiltered and unmetered air)" me too.....?
  10. suprise...i would have thought you would be able to rev over 2k with a split/disconected ic pipe?
  11. can i just add the emanage blue can connect via usb,as stated it is serial when you buy the support tool from greddy but mine was connected via usb by a seller on ebay, usb type a on both ends but emanage end had some electronics in there to make it work as it will not connect with a standard type a to a usb lead. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Greddy-eManage-USB-Support-Tool-Cable_W0QQitemZ260231384689QQihZ016QQcategoryZ52640QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247
  12. Its definately real, i am a bit of an avaition boffin if i must admit it and i can vouch for it, i have seen a much longer clip than that and it does about 5 or 6 runs before it crashes and nearly hits one of the trees on one run.
  13. the boost remains at stock levels level with back box fitted, tried this last year, i wouldnt bother with a bc as rr does the same job but i wouldnt restrict it and then try to up the boost,de restrict it and notch it down with bc OR rr.
  14. people under amber valley council only get collections every other week for household rubbish, we dont even get another wheelie bin for garden rubbish etc, all we had was three little plastic boxes for recycling which mine have been used to store supra spares:p i say b++++++s to recycling and quotes like the above just means your paying for them to get away with it, i nearly ended up fighting with a guy at our local tip for some rubble i wanted to tip, they told me since the waste tip had been privatised they dont want stuff they cant sell on ???????? WTF its a tip, yet i was standing at the side of a 20ft rubble container nearly full of rubble.Best bit was he took the keys to my pug 309 which i was about to scap anyway and i left it with them with the rubble and walked off with my confused dad? i got a tap on the door later from the local bobby who told me i had to collect it but rubble still went.....!
  15. you wouldnt have noticed, the setup sits behind/in the rear disk hub, "is there ment too be a spring at the bottom too?" yes, there are from memory 1 spring at the top and 2 at the bottom or visa versa,1 spring sits back a little so its hard to see, plus there should be 2 smaller spings under the washers at the front of the pads which keep them pinned back.
  16. so you dont want to spend 80 quid on fuel pump and then you ask how much a wideband sensor is gonna cost.....youve got me well confused? "So it's £80 now or a couple of grand in a few months time! I know what i'd do (did)" here here!
  17. didnt snipes star in a film where he was in prison and fights the top prison boxing champ??
