  1. I'm going 250-300 odd miles per week on the M27 between Southampton and Portsmouth. I get through about 65l of VPower in my UK spec auto. So about £60-65 a week. I could stretch it to 400 miles / 80 lites but that would be boring... and I got at lot of strange looks doing 60mph in the inside lane when I tried it! Rowland
  2. A black supra with silver graphics on the rear. (All I saw... it passed me as I queued in traffic) M142 *** I think. Going into Southampton from Junction 5 of the M27 at about 16:40 ish... I flashed and waved, you slowed down I think but I was going off in a different direction... Rowland
  3. Black (fairly standard I think) by the post office in Portswood Southampton at about 11.30 ish Silver travelling west bound M27 near Junction 10 (I think) Facelift + extras I think... Rowland
  4. Silver JSpec L*** *** parked Western Parade in Southsea. Wednesday night about 7pm. Shiny and clean! Unlike my rather grubby looking silver uk spec.... Rowland
  5. Might not make it after all I am afraid. Too much to do and not enough time! Rowland
  6. Nah! I was walking.... Besides, they didn't have the set of scratches that someone left me as a Christmas present whilst I was away...
  7. Was walking along Burgess Road when you passed me going west at about 11.40am.

Stock UK Supra resprayed from red to silver as some point in the past.
  9. Hi. I may have completely lost the plot here but shorting TE1 and E1 doesn't seem to work for me! I have an L Reg UK spec mkIV. When I short them and then turn the key to position 2 I get a couple of seconds of interesting clunking noises from the engine bay and then two constant flashing indicators, the "over drive off" one and the orange engine warning light at the left of the right hand bank of warning indicator lights. I was expecting the MIL (big red exclamation mark in the centre) to at least flash constantly and more likely give me a bunch of codes. It remained completely constant with no flashing at all... I'm quite sure I connected up the right terminals as they are marked on the label in the diagnostic port cover. Any ideas as to what I've done wrong? Thanks, Rowland
  10. 1. Squiffy (ryan) 2. B2ETM (Brett) 3. 2JG (Jeff) 4. SupraAyf (Andrew) 5. G.01 (Mk3 George) 6. Doeboy 7. Elliot (Elliot!) 8. Rowland (Rowland?) Probably...
  11. Silver JSpec L4 *** Monday 16.30 coming off Anchorage Road to out of town in Portsmouth. You had a cap on and I was driving an F reg Honda Accord. Waved but not signs of life...
  12. Passed a silver (J spec?) with gold wheels coming out of Petersfield town centre today (Thursday) around 3.15pm. They waved but I was in a world of my own (oops) so sorry for no obvious wave back... Rowland
  13. The UK TT has an 80 litre tank. If I drive my auto like it isn't the car that it is I can get "almost" 400 miles from the tank. That was all clear motorway cruising at 65-70 on ordinary unleaded. I got a lot of odd looks as I pootled along in the inside lane doing that experiment! Obviously, if I have a bit more fun when I'm driving things aren't quite so good... probably 250-280 miles to the tank I would estimate, less if I go bonkers, turn off the overdrive, etc... Rowland
  14. Looking through the paperwork I got with the car I see that ToyotaTech have already worked on my car. I'll probably check them out first, when I need something doing. Rowland P.S. Bungy, I'm slap bang in the middle of Southampton... but I pass J7 of the M27 on my way to and from work in Portsmouth.
  15. Welcome! If you a find a good place near Southampton post it up because I am going to need it too, sooner or later! Rowland
