Hi Andy It sounds like you might have to reset the ECU i had the same problem with mine.if you do a search on the forum there are a few threads to tell you how to do it.

I have got one and i think it works really well,the water in my area is really hard and when i use the auto dry it leaves no streaks at all.and i have a black car.It might pay to shop around i paid £19.99 for mine about four months ago but i have seen them for £24.00.when you first get it the water cartridge lasts for three washes but when you buy a new one for £4.99 it lasts for ten washes.

I like the rivets,i airbrushed the rivets out on Boneyard's car just to see what it looked like. -
If you go to http://www.fancyplates.com you can get large back plates and small fronts I got mine from them and i know a lot of others on this site have used them with good reports.

I think best walk away there are lot,s of good supras for sale, I just sold a black N/A auto 1995 in very good condition for £6000 keep looking there are some good cars out there (with no rust) Good luck....
