They weren't. There was a spell however where they weren't stuck up their own arses but this was so long ago, it seems forever. People soon forget some of the average dross Clarkson and his two sheep cooked up long after they ran out of ideas. Funny how the show on Amazon Prime is not subject to viewing figures, so Clarkson cannot really lose this battle. Would be good to see which way the vote would go. I am new Top Gear as I got sick of Clarkson and his inflated opinion of himself about 5 years ago. H.

I have no idea why anyone has an issue with Rory, he has been the best presenter for me so far with plenty of energy. I think he and CH have carried the show in the last series. Matt Le Blanc is funny but a bit wooden. Wouldn't be sad to see the back of Sabine as I can't tell a word she says and Eddie Jordan is probably the most irritating cnut since thrush was invented. H.

Not watched this evenings's episode but watched 3 & 4 on catch up. Out of the 4 episodes, only the first was forgettable and everything since is pretty cool. In order of preference I would watch Chris Harris, Rory Reid all day. Matt Le Blanc has personality but seems a bit wooden in the studio. I cannot tell a word that Sabine says half the time but I am mesmerised by the debate as to whether I would or not. For me Eddie Jordan has got to go and Chris Evans should not be far behind. If he's as much of a dick as the behind the scenes stories are suggesting, then it doesn't bode well for the next series. Shame, as if this was a brand new programme, it would be pretty cool. H.

Good thread. Watching with interest and been thinking about this as our garage is just dusty concrete. PITA for me as two cars are insured as garaged and between 10pm and 6am, they are not covered if they are within 1/4 mile of my property. So what do you do? Ring them, incur an increase in premium and admin charge from two different insurers, or just dump your car at another address for 3 days? Madness..!! H.

I was supporting Porsche but you have to feel sorry for Toyota (2nd choice for me). They made a big mistake going over the start finish line though. If they would have slowed up on the last straight they would have guaranteed second but ended up with nothing as they couldn't get the car all the way around the track in the 6 minutes required. This means they ended up 45th...WTF..!! H.
