Never quite understood all this stuff. Why go to the gym for the sake of going to the gym? Maybe if you are training for a specific activity but otherwise it seems pointless. I've also never quite understood taking creatine? does nobody realise how bad this stuff is for the liver?

I get a steady 290 - 350 per tank from my N/A auto dependant on how enthusiastic it gets driven. Used to get 250 max until i cleaned the o2 sensors.

I had a 360 and loved it, sold it and got a PS3 and have never looked back. I cant think of any aspect of the 360 that is better than the PS3. The blue ray player is almost worth the money alone and reliability is far better as i had the ring of death 3 times in 18 months with the xbox.

Slight damage to two areas maked on photo (would not be noticed when fitted) and has cut outs from fog switch, imobiliser and performance meter all on right side section. As an NHS worker myself, I find your rant very funny. The bit where you say "Dont they trust my Doctor??" I presume you mean your GP and the answer is NO, no consultant/doctor/nurse in the country trusts a GP because they have the collective knowledge of a grape, taking the shortest training to get to the easy high pay job. The doc who will have examined you will simply be checking that you are not a waste of NHS time and money

ok. so things are just about sorted and the sup has been for shop quotes today, but..... It needs new headlight clusters. Can i get uk glass ones and plug my HID's in or will i need a different HID kit? would this still be the same if i got facelift headlight clusters?

I've been after a set of uk headlights and a fresh bumper respray for a while so its not all bad news. just hope there isn't any other damage that i can't see.

Hiya guys n gals. On tuesday night the nice man from royal mail decided to back his transit van in to the front of my supra!!! It has broken the number plate, broken the number plate holder, broken the seal on the passenger side headlight and the drivers side headlight doesn't seem to be working either. There is extensive fracture lines through the paint but no cracks in the bumper and all the bumper brackets seem to be ok. Is there anything else I need to be checking? There is a big polystyrene block at the back of the bumper and don't know if this will need replacing?
