  1. Thanks Buddy I put it on eBay last night which I really didn't want to do. I've had lots of interest today but nothing solid. Oh and some guy tried to tell me it was overpriced and should let it go for 12k Crazy fool!
  2. Thanks for the comments guys a lot of work has gone in to her but all credit to the previous owner he's done an amazing job. I'm glad I've had a chance to call her mine even if it was for a short period.
  3. If anyone wants the build pictures then WhatsApp me and I'll send them over as there's to many to post on here.
  4. Congratulations foggy I seen you was looking for one. Really struggling uploading pictures here
  5. 1996 FACELIFT NA/TT non-vvti BPU Ok I'm probably going to get some ear bashing for doing this so soon but my impulsive nature has got the better of me once again. I was so desperate to get another supra so I bought this beauty from Robby a former club member. I bought it in October last year and its been sat there only being used twice a week for a trip to work and the odd occasion at the weekend. I've only done I just can't afford to have it sit there as a small buisnes opportunity has come my way so I'm being forced to sell up. The car is a j-spec imported by vine place in 2004. Current mileage on the clock is 118000 Kms. (73000 mls) The car has only done 6000 since being built. Dyno'd at 406 Bhp. Thousands of pounds worth of receipts. All old mot's. Import paperwork. Won various shows last year. Gathers a crowd everywhere it goes. Hopefully this will go to a forum member so I'm not going to list it elsewhere just yet. Mot wasn't due until july so I've just put another 12 months on. Please see spec below: BUILT ENGINE (2014) 2jz-gte block, Pressure tested,Decked,Honed and Cleaned by Cleasbys of Durham. 6. Thanks for the help guys I located the horn it was very well hidden after market horn. Was pretty hard to gain access but I could see a dodgy earthed wire so I changed that and hey presto we have a beep beep beep
  7. That's what I thought but it's definitely not there. Would I still be getting a clicking noise if the horn was none existent
  8. I've finally got round to wiring the horn on a momo steering wheel. I've only got the one red wire so I've earthed it but I'm only getting a click noise from the bonnet area. So after trying to locate the horn I can't see it anywhere. I've read that fitting a slam panel can cause issues with having to relocating the horn but all the work has been carried out by the previous owner. I can't see the horn anywhere can anyone shed any light on where the horn might be and if not where can I find a replacement? Thanks Daz

    Tickled me!

Haha come on now!! I'm gutted its not real haha
  10. Finally had time to have a look at the lights today. Looks like your right David, the lights have been fitted with HID's including the fog lights. Unfortunately the fog light housing that holds the bulb is none existent and just wired straight in. The amount of water that poured out from there was crazy. Will have to have a look at reverting back to OEM bulbs just for the fogs but for now I've used duck tape and robbed the kids cupboard for elastic bands Quick blast with the hair dryer and they are as good as new. Well one down one to go. Just hope it keeps the water out.
  11. Looks awesome. I need to do something like that my self
  12. Used to love the R5 gt turbo when I was a kid but by the time I was old enough to drive it turned to the clio Williams. Capri's and manta's also float my boat. Still a great looking car.
  13. My uk glass headlight are taking in water. looks like its coming in from where the seal finishes inline with the side of the bonnet. I think they're gonna need a new seal on them. Ive found this http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/BUTYL-RUBBER-GLUE-TAPE-HEADLIGHT-SEALANT-RETROFIT-SPEAKER-9-5MMx4-57M-CAR-VAN-/261561165192?nav=SEARCH on ebay just wondering if anyone has used it or anything similar. Also just to confirm am I ok putting them in the oven with them being glass?
  14. I don't think you should worried about distance buddy. As you you know they are few and far between. You need to be willing to travel to find the one you want. If your disappointed with the viewing just class it as a day out /road trip. All part of the fun.
